I've been spoiled by having Kings Island as my home park. I'm so used to their speedy operations that I foolishly expect that every other park is as put together. Sadly, visits to Cedar Point, Carowinds and Kings Dominion prove that that's not always the case.
Wait until you get to the SFDK’s and Knott’s of the world, it’s a rude awakening lol. Very jealous of anyone whose home park is KI. Thanks for checking out the video!
Hell yeah, my home park taking home the gold once again since 1972! Operations are always stellar and you can feel that pride all the way down the staff from the ops to the store clerks to the janitors. Always a good time.
That’s actually so true about the janitors, last time I was there one approached our group and we we ended up talking for 5-10 minutes, super sweet guy!
One thing I will say is put off all the parks I’ve been to kings island has the best and fastest operations by far. And I’m glad to have it as my home park
I feel late to the party, TH-cam never showed me this upload 😭 but glad I watched! Some points I very much agree with: Canada's Wonderland's "daycare" crowd is hilariously accurate, my goodness the GP there are unbelievably rude and obnoxious! So much for that Canada nice, eh? Knott's being a tough park to rank is one I 100% agree with. Sometimes I think it's #3 but sometimes I think it's #6. Also agree Nighthawk is a fun ride, I've always said Carowinds has a solid top 5 rather than top 4. Here is my list: 1. Cedar Point 2. Kings Island 3. Carowinds 4. Knott's Berry Farm 5. Kings Dominion 6. Canada's Wonderland 7. California's Great America 8. Worlds of Fun 9. Valleyfair 10. Dorney Park (haven't been since Iron Menace opened, the gap between Dorney and Valleyfair is so laser thin that I'll probably swap them once I get on Iron Menace) 11. Michigan's Adventure
I've also visited every current Six Flags and well, former Cedar Fair park so thought I'd share my overall combined list! 1. Cedar Point 2. Kings Island 3. Six Flags Magic Mountain 4. Six Flags Fiesta Texas 5. Carowinds 6. Knott's Berry Farm 7. Six Flags Great America 8. Kings Dominion 9. Canada's Wonderland 10. Six Flags Great Adventure 11. Six Flags Over Texas 12. Six Flags Over Georgia 13. California's Great America 14. Worlds of Fun 15. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom 16. Six Flags New England 17. Six Flags Mexico 18. Six Flags St. Louis 19. Valleyfair 20. Dorney Park 21. Six Flags Darien Lake 22. Six Flags America 23. Michigan's Adventure 24. Six Flags Great Escape 25. Frontier City 26. La Ronde
Very respectable lists. I have not been to every Six Flags park, and it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a couple of them like SFA and SFNE. My only significant disagreement is SFDK, I had a pretty miserable time there. But that was partially due to the weather so maybe with a better day I’d have it towards the middle of my rankings like you
@@danthecoasterman22 SFDK more than probably any park can be hit or miss. Either many rides are closed while those that are open are running one train or everything is open and running at full capacity. I've been going since 2014 and have seen both ends. My most recent visits in 2022 and 2023 have been the latter so I rank it where I do, but I'd imagine having a bad day there would result in a ranking maybe around below SFSL or even SFA and SFDL.
35:00 I just went to Great America yesterday. It was packed. And Rail Blazer was amazing! My favorite ride along the Flight Deck and Gold Striker. Demon was okay too. A bit short, but great while it lasted.
Kings Island ride op here, once again love to see another W for my park! IF you ever visit again this summer, stop by Banshee and say hi! That's my home ride :)

My favorite is Cedar Point, followed by Kings Island, Kings Dominion, Knott's Berry Farm, Valleyfair, and Michigan's Adventure.
Respectable order! Thanks for checking out the video!

One of the best home parks out there for sure!
Was at Kings Dominion Yesterday. I did not love it. I’m team Carowinds.
I like both of them a lot, but Carowinds gets the edge for me.
30:38 Everyone else is correct. Millennium Force is wonderful.
I will sit it out so you all can have a shorter line! 🤣 thanks for watching!

I ride a clone of demon all the time, and I love it. Would have loved to have ridden that one to compare
R.I.P cedar fair
I haven't been to many cedar fair parks but here is how i rank them:
1.kings island
2.cedar point
3.kings dominion
4.carowinds
You’ve been to 4 of the best ones at least!

I’m sure I’ll be back again this summer! I try to visit every 6-8 weeks and I’m due.
Hoping to head there this Friday. Hopefully weather doesn't keep Banshee closed all day.
Big RIP
Yeah, kinda 😂 but W for six flags food reviews going forward!!!
