guys .. these methods really works .. but the video is nearly 5 months yo ... so all these methods have been patched in latest security patches ... i have bypassed FRP on a galaxy j7 and it worked AFTER I HAVE DOWNGRADED THE DEVICE TO THE EARLIER FIRMWARE RELEASE I FOUND .. SO ... in order for any method to work you have to downgrade the device first ... bypass frp using different methods that you find or whatever the hell that works for you .. then you can re-upgrade it after you are done ... the only problem you will face is that your bootloader will refuse to downgrade the firmware ... i solved that by extracting the .tar image and removing all the .bin files such as modem.bin , cm.bin sboot.bin then recompress the .img files to a .tar again using 7zip and flash it using odin ... then you can use these methods to bypass FRP ... reupgrade your phone using an original latest firmware (use samfirmware.com to download firmwares) and you are done .. FRP LOCK : Off

There's no 'UPGRADE DATA SERVICE' in data usage? did they update the security on s7 edge?

your phone must be an verizon, so you can use ITSupport Verizon Tool to bypass and delete samsung account also google account just go to www.itsupportsv.jimdo.com
Same happened to me but managed to go into other settings in the previous screen which took me into google maps and from there eventually gave one link to chrome. all worked perfectly
After the Google service page i just hit "next" and went as far as it would let me before asking to log in again then pressed the home button and hold it till the internet pops up then opened the setting from there and then went to back up and reset and then factory data reset and when it turns back on it would be locked anymore i also didn't have the sim card in till after i got to the google service page.
i dont get the "upgrade data services" option !!! what can i do please help me

Is there a possibility I'm not timing it just right ? I'm shutting off my wifi modem as soon as it says software update and it just sends me back to the wifi screen

yes just unplug your router so internet connection shuts off, same result~

False alarm no new update I had the June 1 security thing, thought I had July because the my buttons were greyed out
I basically got into the browser by emergency calling and getting to chrome that way, then after that all the credit goes to you lol 😁

Yea i felt bad for the 911 people, i dialed 112 and felt like an asshole because i didnt know that also called emergency dispatch lol, i only called once but i can imagine some determined individual messing up and calling repeatedly

Enter battery and select "change power saving location method", select google location history, them select help, now youre in chrome. Then follow like in the video

I was given a phone that my friend forgot his account info for. Im very close to just throwing it away. Dont know if his patch/ download or whatever its called will work. I guess that is if the wifi cutoff works to even get there. My moto e wont give me the share option for highlighted text so im not sure its even worth trying to mess with anymore or not.
in my case my phone will not let me in even tho i used the same gmail no matter what i do i cant log in so i guess thats why
usually use fake emails to set things up
my dad doesn't care about google accounts and made a quick gmail account with some random letters to sign in to his motorolo x force. He had some issues with his phone so i did a factory reset today. Problem is he doesn't remember the gmail adress he used to sign in ..

+kimyimin downgrade your phone to the earlier firmware release you can find on samfirmware using odin .. but you will have to extract the .tar image and remove the .bin files and then re-compress it again as a tar using 7zip in order for the downgrade to work ... otherwise your bootloader will refuse it ... then you do whatever the hell you want to bypass FRP .. because these methods on the internet are blocked and patched in latest security patches updated firmwares include ...

Whenever I turn off the wifi it says 'Couldn't sign in, there was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try again later' I have tried so many times!!!

bumping a WAY old thread... trying to activate an S7 for my son... I picked the phone up cheap as a "backup" last summer and the seller "wiped" it but apparently did not disable FRP... it seems the folks at the Big G have patched this route... or am I missing something?

Hey - I've been struggling a lot as this was not working - gladly I've came by another option - BEFORE starting with this method, you might want to downgrade back to Android 6.x - then it works like charm.
Many thanks - saved me a lot of money and now I finally have my phone back :-)

Unlocked a friends samsung galaxy s7 edge att. I had the same problem with upgrade data services and got passed that via "Force Stop" button, stopped the setup wizard and continued this process. Other than that this process worked like a charm! Should take you about 30 minutes or less to do.
