@@Poisynnyou gotta rest* the work is the easy part. Once you start to see results, the hardest thing to do is stop and take a week off. But it’s the only way, or else you just wear your body out young and make little progress.
@@Poisynn it kind of is a secret because so few coaches / trainers talk about it. Less is more. Guys training once or twice a week make more progress than guys training 6 days a week, and will have much better longevity.
