Yes, a copy.
Wait a Notary you can't notarize their own documents.
You can't notarize anything where you have a vested interest in what you're signing. Meaning you work for a company you can't do their docs.

I have not heard of that. I didn't do that. I did exactly what the video said and received my notary stamp.
