Mike, I just purchased three items from White Duck. I bought their parachute bag, small top loading duffle bag, and a medium top loading duffle bag. I am most impressed with the quality of the bags and the price is very good. The duffle bags are huge, small is not that small!

The subject of city water, if the majority of residents want city water in your area and water pipe runs in front of your property, weather you hook up to system or not, you will be billed on system for 20 or 30 years annually. The cost could range from 20 to 30 thousand dollars or more depending on construction cost of pipe installation. We had that come up in our neighborhood couple of years ago.

The storages tanks for water , I guess you would have to sanitize the tanks every so often!! Great job on the Excavator Melissa once you learn it you won't have to even think about it . It will be a natural thing and you could almost operate it in your sleep!!👍👊

These firewood carriers are great, specially those with small end pockets, they trap stray bark and bits and pieces of wood that you only have to shake off outside afterwards instead of vacuuming the floor. Bravo Melissa. great job.

Great prep work on the Geotech Melissa!! Mike, you may want to check local regs on placement of the fuel tanks. Not worth putting close to the building if you have to move them! Also, as a former insurance person, a call to your agent may be in order so a surprise inspection later could be a problem.
Those wood bags are nice for small amounts, However, ifyou’re using any volume or don’t want to handle carry, then the two wheeled wood carts easily move a much larger volume and then you can leave it where you want it as your wood rack too.
You would get plenty of water off that shop roof for a water collection system. That would also make a great TH-cam series. Melissa did Great running the excavator 👍
2 Things: 1. unless your excavator is different, before you lower the red lever and activate the hydraulics, the drive pedals/levers are still LIVE, no matter what. 2. Genius move teaching Melissa to operate it....for many reasons. Most of all, once she learns how much is going on and how coordinated it all is when you're operating it, she's gonna have a LOT more appreciation for how good you are with it.....i.e. it's not nearly as easy as it may look. That said, Morgans off the Leash now takes on a whole new meaning. When Mike's away, who knows what Melissa will be doing in the "house". lol...
It is different. The control levers, the drive levers, the boom swing pedal, and the dozer control lever are only operational when the console is lowered and the control lever lock is in the "down" position.

Hey Mike, an IBC tote repurpose: place them around the corners of your Hobby Barn and collect the rain water that comes off of the roof. That’s how I think a lot of pioneers did it with barrels.

The firewood totes are great. You will not believe how much cleaner your path stays using the tote with sides. No bark on the rugs or hearth
