Both V6 and 2.8 are good bakkies. If you maintain them, they will look after you. Off road, I think they are still a worthy contender. The smaller size and standard approach and departure angles are good and you can complete most 4x4 tracks in SA. Daily, it's a comfortable drive it's just not economical, but that said it is not far behind most 4x4’s out there. Not to mention, mine is kitted out, so I lug a lot of unnecessary weight around.
