Do you absolutely need to be a tumbler too for college cheer? Like if you were good enough could you still make the squad without any tumbling?
Omg the atmosphere is amazing！I’m a cheerleader dance major student in Chinese sport university and I will apply master degree of UF this year. I'm super exciting to watch your videos about UF and cheerleader stuffs, we don’t have this kind of atmosphere in China 😢

Go Gators! This is a great channel for Gators. I graduated from UF in 2013 with an MS in Mechanical Engineering. I have since moved back to my home state of AZ and work for Medtronic while also doing a PhD in AI at ASU. I miss the great home games at UF. I often attended softball, basketball, and football games when I was there. I got a great picture of Alberta next to myself at one home game at KSP Field - lol. Out west, I drive a blue Ford Ranger 4x4 Tremor with Gator Alumni plates. I ran one half marathon far in Northern Montana at Glacier Park in the snow-capped mountains. The guy who organized the race was a UF Alumnus which was awesome. I often hear "Go Gators" when I wear my UF Alumni shirt in running events far out west. Best wishes on your senior year.

VERY common ! Most of our guys just decided on a random Tuesday that they wanted to try cheerleading hahaha
Oh HAHA thanks for answering. how does their tryout go then? Like if they don’t know any tumbling/ cheer skills..
@@daniel-hh5ss usually they find their interest at our clinics. Then they get a little experience. The guys just have to hit some motions, throw a couple girls in chairs and run flags down the field. That’s about it

We wear a lot of makeup so the crowd sees it from far away. It’s called stage makeup! And honestly it’s natural makeup with false lashes and lipstick :)
