Strange though that she was so in love but after just three months could fall totally out of love. Really no one should try to hold on to someone or something that is gone or lost. Very good movie. The incident that happened on his travel day opened the door for Ericka to rekindle her feelings for the man she truly loved. It was very nice to see that Maurice was able to move on. Ericka was not eager to have seen her supposed love of her life was a given away that she was not pleased to have him back alive. Everyone operates different in certain situations. I couldn't move on so quickly after the love of your life died or went missing. The last thing on your mind is starting another relationship. It takes time to heal. And to get another chance to be with the love of your life, it's a blessing. I enjoyed this movie. Everyone did an amazing job.

Being kind to old acquaintances you feel you owe a favor & letting them in your home can turn out to be a bad decision for a myriad of reasons bc home is where the heart is. Of course there was always a chance that whether Danny, Faith & Maurice where under the same roof the exact same fate could have taken place bc Faith's love was not deep enough but the chances may have been less likely if they had mutually decided to live apart.
