I doubt the front view of external rotation of thigh looks like more of a internal rotation of thigh

That was really great. Thanks for putting out. Quick Feedback: unless you know muscles, it's a little confusing at 0:55 when the hip goes into abduction and the Obturator Externus (I think?) is in eccentric contraction. Let me know if I have that wrong. It would be good to label that movement and explain what's happening there. Apologies if I have this wrong.
