Good video overall! There are a few things you missed/didn't consider.
We know that Dess dessapeared a *long* time ago. We know this because of the Spelling Bee where Noelle is clearly a small child, and clearly Dess is already gone by this time because she gets overwhelmed when the word is DECEMBER. Even in a small town like hometown, it's entirely reasonable that this would simply not be news anymore as it's potentially been over a decade.
That being said, everything else implies that Dess is missing, not outright dead.
Among other things, including the Findher red guitar, we also know that Noelle has been repeatedly searching "December Holiday"; In her room in Queen's Mansion in chapter 2, there's a calendar where every day is 12/25. The holiday in December. Presumably, she's been searching "December Holiday", and, like everything else in the rooms queen prepared, she got the wrong idea. Why would she be doing this if it were certain she's dead?
The spamton/UNUSED string connection is actually even stronger in the JP version. Apparently, in the Japanese Version, his "Can anyone hear me? Help.." is like, a direct exact quote from the UNUSED strings. Very, Very interesting.
While I'm not sure I myself believe there's a Dark World down in the bunker, and maybe you mentioned this and I missed it, but it's worth noting that the bunker actually eminates a very, very faint mus_smile that's slowed down 666%. mus_smile is the 'gaster noise', the one that plays in the dark world when you try and use your phone and the one that plays during Entry 17.
This could suggest a connection to darkness, at minimum a connection to Gaster.
As for the video itself, As someone else said, the TTS is a bit hard to understand, though it was understandable enough without needing subtitles or anything. The english was also good. The editing could use more, though- You could use more graphics on screen, since right now it's mostly just the background footage of the Scampton fangame.
Something that might help with future projects (and also for visuals, if needed) is the UTDR Dialog Dumps. I don't think I can send a link to them without this being banished to the shadow realm, but if you search up "Undertale Dialog Dump" or "Deltarune Dialog Dump" you should be able to find them pretty easily- they're websites with, like, the entire script. You can just use control+F to search pretty easily for any dialog in either game.

As someone who watches a lot or theory videos, I do have a bit of constructive criticism
I think the TtS used is a bit hard to understand, but works fine enough that I can understand it without subtitles, I would recommend trying to find a different one to use, but this one works enough to understand.
I also think the disclaimers at the start were a little bit long, now that you've made the disclaimer in this video, you could probably speed it up a bit with editting somehow.
Aside from that, I don't think the editting was that bad, and I think your english was good, so, no worries there.
I think the theory isn't that wild, but its a good jumping off point for other theories to start!
I'll be waiting for the other theories :)
