I just mainly love him for the sheer fact that hes literally the tallest bachelor out of them all, without his ears. Because they were all pretty averagely peeved when you walk by with another bachelor except Dylas who wails "Noooo...It's can't be!" So yeah, Dylas is my fav now. Dramatic husband. (Couldn't keep the file. Dylas was always sad.) XD
I actually didn't know who to go for when I first played this game. So I just talked to and gave everyone gifts. Dylas was definitely not on top of my list. Didnt like his design very much at first, not to mention he was the only boss that actually managed to beat the crap out of me. But after countless dialogues from him, he grew on me. A lot. Will definitely go for him again next time!

It's like watching an anime, but you control the outcome. (In all honesty, this would be the greatest anime ever. The animation style, the characters, omg.. I'm always a little disappointed by how Leon's digital in-game sprite looks in comparison to the traditional/sketchy drawing. (In particular, the fox ears)
Im the same! I was completely caught off gaurd when I finally saw his in game sprite, I feel as if the artist was different from the other sprites. No other character has that much disparity between their sprite and cutscene art. He's almost got an entirely different feel.

But I would think it's worth it. Just to see what you get from it for RF 5 at least. Plus people are saying there's 20 save files. That's cool. I always wished they had more save files in all the games, lol. I actually haven't played the game yet. I'm going to and then try the new one. I always knew Vishnal was voiced by the guy who voiced Tamaki senpai but I was shocked when I heard Kiel's voice. All the times that I've played Rune Factory and Fire Emblem. How could I not recognise Caspar's voice. Also, I think Xaoi Pai is Lysithea.
Out of those men, I married Arthur (the very first one who introduced himself). I used to be neutral because he was "prince", but learning about his backstory and go on dates with him makes me love Arthur. Sorry Leon and Dylas, but you guys just so overrated.
Honestly I agree. Leon and Dylas are awesome and I love them both. But they're so popular and overrated. My favorites are Vishnal and Arthur. I really like the chemistry between Arthur and Mc/Frey during the story arcs. And I love how dedicated and determined Vishnal is to his job and the Mc too.

I thought I'd like Doug and Leon, but tsunderes don't give enough love ;__; and I don't like how Dylas tells you to shut up or how you have to walk around eggshells with Leon because your responses could easily bore him. Arthur, Vishnal, and Kiel are sweethearts and I love how affectionate they are!
Vishnal is definitely Michael Sinterniklaas. However, I would not want to immediately assume for the worst. Vic Mignona has mentioned he contacted by a couple of studios to continue his work, but he declined it due to how much the stress it had been causing him. He is not convicted. He is making an appeal process atm. He isn't asking for his jobs back, he wants his name to be cleared. We shouldn't assume XSeed didn't want him back. He could simply not want to do voice acting for the moment.
That’s only half true. XSeed on the other hand, he questioned whether they were going to use his voice or not because he said they never asked him. He was doing voices for other companies as well. He was having trouble doing work at beginning of last year because of the false allegations.
I know lots of people will despise me for saying this but I’m glad that Vishnal was recast but not for the reasons you think. I love rune factory 4 and I don’t want it to suffer sales because people the stupid controversy surrounding vic. It doesn’t deserve to be dragged in that type of mess. I loved Vic’s voice for Vishnal don’t get me wrong and I on no ones side until it’s been settled out properly but I do think this was necessary. And yes I know I’m a shit person before you all call me one. :/
You're not shit for saying or thinking so! I'm glad Vishnal was also recast but mainly because I hate Vic lmao so I think your reasons are more nice. I know a lot of people were saying they'd skip out on it if they kept Vic though which is a shame because RF4 is a truly great game. :( It has dual Japanese audio anyway so they can just switch to that if it bothers them.
I was wondering why Vishnal was soft-spoken. I honestly like how he was high energy originally, but the change isn't bad either. I kinda forgot about the controversy stuff since I don't particularly see a lot of Vic's stuff, but that's probably a good way to avoid problems for the game and series itself.
Tum Tum The rumors didn’t cause him to lose his job. The voice actors made up lies and ruined his career. There is a reason for why they did what they did. He was going to get a Directors position, hence why he recently moved from CA to TX. It’s pretty sad that your own coworkers act like they have done no wrong. I remember in one of my many playthrough´s I romanced every available bachelor and decided I would marry the one who´s marriage event would trigger first. Never imagined that Vishnal would be the one to propose to me first out of all of them, but there I was and he was/is a very good husband.

He's the token shota, to balance out the loli bachelorettes. Wish these games would stop making children romance candidates, but here we are. It's really obvious when the characters are in swimsuits. Kiel looks like he's 9. At least Doug has some muscle mass, which suggests he's just short.
Though I always felt Kiel was the ultimate troll character, even more than Leon 😶, no wonders leon hangs out a lot with him XD and his dialogue still more “mature” or let’s say not childish compared to even Dylas XD

@@GygaxGirl I heard originally that there would be some kind of data transference from the new RF4 to RF5. Plus with this game being umm enhanced?, or something. I don't know. But I would think it's worth it. Just to see what you get from it for RF 5 at least. Plus people are saying there's 20 save files. That's cool. I always wished they had more save files in all the games, lol.
I actually haven't played the game yet. I'm going to and then try the new one. I can't wait to see if I notice any difference between the two.
I am so excited for this game! I cant wait to marry dylas again he's always been my first choice lol when I first started playing I knew nothing about rune factory but decided that I loved dylas and vishnal and after playing for a while leon totally grew on me lol
I always knew Vishnal was voiced by the guy who voiced Tamaki senpai but I was shocked when I heard Kiel's voice. All the times that I've played Rune Factory and Fire Emblem. How could I not recognise Caspar's voice. Also, I think Xaoi Pai is Lysithea.
Out of those men, I married Arthur (the very first one who introduced himself). I used to be neutral because he was "prince", but learning about his backstory and go on dates with him makes me love Arthur. Sorry Leon and Dylas, but you guys just so overrated.
Honestly I agree. Leon and Dylas are awesome and I love them both. But they're so popular and overrated. My favorites are Vishnal and Arthur. I really like the chemistry between Arthur and Mc/Frey during the story arcs. And I love how dedicated and determined Vishnal is to his job and the Mc too.

I thought I'd like Doug and Leon, but tsunderes don't give enough love ;__; and I don't like how Dylas tells you to shut up or how you have to walk around eggshells with Leon because your responses could easily bore him. Arthur, Vishnal, and Kiel are sweethearts and I love how affectionate they are!

However, I would not want to immediately assume for the worst.
Vic Mignona has mentioned he contacted by a couple of studios to continue his work, but he declined it due to how much the stress it had been causing him. He is not convicted. He is making an appeal process atm. He isn't asking for his jobs back, he wants his name to be cleared.
We shouldn't assume XSeed didn't want him back. He could simply not want to do voice acting for the moment.
That’s only half true. XSeed on the other hand, he questioned whether they were going to use his voice or not because he said they never asked him. He was doing voices for other companies as well. He was having trouble doing work at beginning of last year because of the false allegations.

I know lots of people will despise me for saying this but I’m glad that Vishnal was recast but not for the reasons you think.
I love rune factory 4 and I don’t want it to suffer sales because people the stupid controversy surrounding vic. It doesn’t deserve to be dragged in that type of mess. I loved Vic’s voice for Vishnal don’t get me wrong and I on no ones side until it’s been settled out properly but I do think this was necessary.

I know a lot of people were saying they'd skip out on it if they kept Vic though which is a shame because RF4 is a truly great game. :( It has dual Japanese audio anyway so they can just switch to that if it bothers them.
I was wondering why Vishnal was soft-spoken. I honestly like how he was high energy originally, but the change isn't bad either. I kinda forgot about the controversy stuff since I don't particularly see a lot of Vic's stuff, but that's probably a good way to avoid problems for the game and series itself.
He did voice work as Broly for Bandai and their sales are fine. I don’t think he should be erased just because of the false allegations.

Tum Tum The rumors didn’t cause him to lose his job. The voice actors made up lies and ruined his career. There is a reason for why they did what they did. He was going to get a Directors position, hence why he recently moved from CA to TX. It’s pretty sad that your own coworkers act like they have done no wrong. Till this day, there is still nothing to prove.

I remember in one of my many playthrough´s I romanced every available bachelor and decided I would marry the one who´s marriage event would trigger first. Never imagined that Vishnal would be the one to propose to me first out of all of them, but there I was and he was/is a very good husband.

It's really obvious when the characters are in swimsuits. Kiel looks like he's 9. At least Doug has some muscle mass, which suggests he's just short.
Though I always felt Kiel was the ultimate troll character, even more than Leon 😶, no wonders leon hangs out a lot with him XD and his dialogue still more “mature” or let’s say not childish compared to even Dylas XD
