Im primitive I use copper and nipples lol I will ping out a gasket use a hammer and the part and just tap the edge will cut it, bolt holes ping the hole it cuts it out , I worked on Big Loaders and Big tractors and need to make a gasket I use to buy rolls in thinness from 20th to 250th most of the pumps I worked on make the gaskets . Oil bath doors we used thick rubber . It helps having the right tool for the right Job Keep up the good work .

Great idea, the other method of gasket making is to use gasket paper and a ball pein hammer for thinner gaskets mainly used on engines.
