- The Manly Hall lecture, "Human Consciousness as Will and Idea", was recorded on August 12, 1956 in Los Angeles.
In this, the distinction is made between being 'willful' and 'willing'. Even when we have a strong desire to accomplish something, we can still practice lovingness and understanding. Also, we can only share what we have, and Mr. Hall admonishes to make sure that what you have is worthwhile before imposing your opinion on others.

"The right of the individual to make his own decisions, whether it be correct or incorrect-- to take from him this privilege is to destroy his privilege of learning. The individual who is not a free agent cannot grow. Thus the right of the individual to learn by his own conduct is the most precious thing in the world, and without it the great cycles of necessity could not accomplish their proper ends."
On the path of enlightenment, great are the numbers who cannot understand the gravity of this statement. Here in the west, the ability to remain a free agent remains to be seen. Our only hope is to race the linear agent of time and burry the universal divine laws in our own heart as to keep them alive for our future posterity.

@@lucifersdiamond5870 unfortunately in the USA the Government breaks Universal Divine Law continually, as well as Big Business, Big Tech, ect. I would say the boundaries have been crossed. The Atlanteans tested those boundaries also and the result was devastation.

The reason for a “speed limit” is to control gas prices,
If you can go 50 mph then I know how much gas it take to get however far and then I can charge gas prices accordingly
Of course, one can always sniff the gas.
Gas prices are connected do different markets including shipment, mining, forex(currency)... speed limits are to escape responsibility from irrisponsible drivers, maybe? Idk, i wasnt there. Heh
What if you we're told, something completely different than the awareness that the faster you go, the more you use. If you we're told, going faster than 50 mph is evil and you would burn in hell for disobeying...God? That would change your reality and your awareness of your reality. Some of these people are still living in the dark ages and Free Will is at the heart of this.

What? I'm being facetious. Getting at the core of one's point, using fear. Nothing works like biblical kind of fear. Some people think if they sin, they're going to hell or a very bad place. Make going over the speed limit a sin. Believe it or not. some people will believe that and not speed. Crazy, huh?
