MATERIALS/SUPPLIES ;
Doll is hand painted and everything is hand sewn or glued.
Base doll : Frightfully Tall Draculaura Monster High Doll
Hair : 100% acrylic yarn (Red Heart Soft)
Sealant : Mr Super Clear UV Cut Flat
Pastels : Gallery by Mungyo Artists' Soft Pastels / Pastel pencils by Derwent
Watercolor pencils : Arteza, Faber Castell Albretch Durer
Watercolour and gouache paints : Arteza, Magicfly
Acrylics : Various brands, mainly DecoArt, Delta CeramCoat and Liquitex
Gloss varnish : Liquitex High Gloss Varnish (lips)
Matte varnish/Glue : Mod Podge Matte
Foam Clay : LCHM Air Dry Clay
I also used matte mod podge and cereal box cartboard into the making of the base of the shoes.
Boa, ribbons and jewelry box hinges (wings) were sourced from Amazon. The lace was from a local craft store, as well as the grey ribbon used on the top. All the faux leathers I used are donations, and so was the embroidered tulle used for the train.

As a trans man this is amazing, we rarely get representation especially in dolls and art and just having someone who’s endogenous, trans, or with trans scars is such an important thing that you’ve done knowing it or not. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
I don't know if I can say it was done with that specific intent, but as another trans man (who is about to start second puberty, my prescription is here!!) this honestly warms my heart so much. Like, so much.
A lot of my original characters have queerness to them. It's something I started realizing as I got older and learned that there were words for that. So when I created that character, I did not know about all of that.

They are gorgeous! I loved watching the video and learned so much. I'll have to try that boot making method. I also lack eyelets. Bought some, but they didn't have all the pieces, so I just frustrated quit that thought. But the rings are a great idea. As usual your faces are so serene and delicate.

And honestly making shoes from scratch is a nightmare and this method doesnt feel like its the simplest or most logic but it worked for me xD hoping this works for you too if you try it.

Ahhh yes Malenia! As soon as Elden Ring came out I started thinking about it. I did a version of the Dancer of the Boreal Valley last year and I think they would look good together.

This doll came out fantastic! I think my favorite part is the color palette, and it's really cool to see an androgynous doll done in this way. Have you considered a pop filter and/or editing to minimize the crackle of spit when you talk? I adored your process and narration style, but especially when you start talking, it's really distracting. Just a thought to improve on if you're interested. Awesome video!

I...genuinely did not know how I could fix that, and I'm not super good at editing. I honestly thought it was my microphone, because it's a cheap gaming headset, not really meant to what I'm using it for. But that noise thing makes me self conscious.

And Jasmin V, I really want to give you a virtual hug. Especially since, yes, that's my case, I do need to do with a small budget. And I film my videos on my phone. Sometimes it really shows, and small creators like me can't always compete with those who have more budget. I'm really touched by your words. :)

No cost, and some good de-noising options. I'm super sorry to have made you self conscious, my misophonia and my urge to support small/new creators are always battling for dominance lol. I'm actually super lucky because I have a life long license to an editing software, Filmora, a gift from my partner. But I will definitely look into things hoping this makes things better! Especially with a thick accent. And I think it being distracting, especially if you have misophonia, is very valid. I'm glad you let me know :)
