Richard, thank you very much for your video. It was easy to understand. The length of the video was nice because you were not rushed. You are very talented

I've installed this receiver in a Parkzone Corsair, WingWing Z84 and a Freewing F9 Panther. I will never fly again with such a receiver, unless I'm installing a iNAV flight controller.
This receiver works extremely well and not only improves flight performance, but also provides a nice safe feature, no matter how experienced a pilot you are, it is cheap insurance to have the autolevel feature when you need it. It works equally well for both conventional prop or EDF driven airplanes.
It is not particularly difficult to set up with with the STK tool or with Taranis Lua script. There are plenty of good TH-cam videos available such as this one. Just follow them very carefully and triple check to make sure that the compensation is in the right direction.
By the way, this receiver works just as well with the antenna pointing toward the back instead of the fron which was also better for my particular installs.

Thank you Richard. Yet another really helpful tutorial. I couldn't get my head round the setup for the S6R and was about to chuck it but now I've got it working perfectly. Many thanks and keep up the good work :)

@@richardmrazek is it possible to have the the gain and switches on different channels? Like instead of 9-12, can i use 13-16?also whenever i turn on the gyro my channel 5 and 6 for my gear and flaps stops working but when I disable the gyro it works. I even tried setting the channels as auxiliary but it still doesn’t work unless i disable the gyro.

Help ! As a beginner I only need stabilizer and auto level on one switch as I am a beginner and don't want the other functions yet , I copied some mixes from another closed S6r forum but am having an issue ... When I select stabilized mode it appears to want to put the model into a knife edge position ( not what I want) switch to center turns of the gyro nicely and switch down switches on auto level nicely. Any ideas as to why when selecting stabilized mode I am getting what appears to be knife edge ?
I am using a Qx7 with 2.2 with a S8R in a night walrus ( I'm programming with the radio not a stick) I have configured the rx and completed self check , auto level seems to function well .
Something else I am unsure of ... I have the gain assigned to S1pot but I'm not sure it is working as when I move the model in auto level mode I don't notice a difference in reaction speed , is there a way to test this ?
Thanks in advance for any advice or pointers so I can get this running, below is the mixes I copied into my Qx7.
    Regards , Marcus

...and did you make a necessary step - moving with all stick (exc. throttle) after switch on power on airplane? I will make a soon video No3 - what and how with S6R on airfield :)

Has anybody had problems with not being able to set up elevator rates? Aileron and rudder rates work fine but can't get elevator rates to work. Transmitter shows correct reaction on the graph but now change in the movement of the elevators.

Turns out on the mixer page I'd selected rudder and aileron inputs and ele stick. Sorted now. Thanks
