Sob Rock*. Edit: my reasoning is it’s an album that’s meant to sound like it’s from another time. This song literally is. And it’s a sappy love song which fits the album concept. The chimey guitar could be replaced with some 80’s synths to exaggerate it even.

Finally somebody rolled of some of the crazy bass too off the mix. I’m the vocal was so quiet before cause the bass was too much

Sounds more like a harmonizer type of effect rather than two separate guitar tracks. There's delay as well.

Sounds like he’s using the blooper from Chase bliss. If I had to guess. The loop is getting loss/vinyl effects as well as a delay.
3:45 should’ve made the final chorus in the same key and after the elevation. That would’ve been amazing and kept it simple.
