You haven't shown..? While upgrading any downtime happening or not. Grafana dash dashboard to monitor while upgrading and DNS refreshing or any application available or performance related stuff while doing because that is more important..
Everyone does direct from the Console but behind what was happening or everything has been going fine or NoT.. that is more important..

I was asking to get the solid understanding behind or actually application behaviour for that.. you have to run any e commerce application and monitor through grafana and app dynamics while upgrading. You have just said rolling update but in the real time there were a couple more cautious needs to take.. because it would be a huge business loss if anything went wrong. We may lose our position if anything goes wrong..
