- Prince Ademola Adelabu a poet, researcher, historian and cultural ambassador to many traditional rulers in this interview touched on many topics.
Metaphysics is the study beyond the grasp of the senses. This Baba said so many things that were beyond me. Current oyo town was founded by Alafin Atiba due to Fulani invaders, we learnt old oyo could be traced to present kogi state. Aawe town in oyo state and Ojaa town where those towns that aided the creation of present and new oyo town and the old baale of ooja was elevated and he became the Ashipa of oyo. But the truth about Oyo Empire is that anywhere the Alafin is able to stay is called Oyo. This present Oyo town was founded in 1840 or thereabouts…
Agbaletu, E ku ise. Baba Ademola Adelabu lived in Offa not far from St. Mark's Anglican Primary School, Offa.
Olotu Dele, I wanted to thank you for the recent interview you conducted with Mr Ademola Adelabu. It is, without a doubt, one of your best interviews.
The depth of knowledge and insight that Mr Ademola Adelabu shared during the interview is truly remarkable. Learning about the history between him and the late Lanrewaju Adepoju was enlightening, and I appreciate the cultural and spiritual perspectives he provided on Yoruba history. His analysis, though at times daunting, sheds light on aspects of our culture that deserve attention.
I believe Mr Adelabu is an invaluable individual whom we, as Yorubas, should cherish. His profound understanding of Yoruba cultures and spirituality is evident and contributes significantly to our collective knowledge.
I commend you for bringing such meaningful interviews to your audience. Please convey my sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr Adelabu the next time you have the opportunity. May God bless him with a long, prosperous life.
And to you, Olutu Dele, may God continue to shower you with abundant prosperity and happiness. Keep up the excellent work; we look forward to more insightful interviews.
How can we do a whole production for this man, to record all he knows....If he dies with all this knowledge, it will be a disaster...This may be a YEAR LONG PROJECT.
True
I agree. Dele Adeyanju can use new internet knowledge to get this into written production
That's the problem with Africa. They will have loads of power and take it back to their creator

Yoruba Nation Now and not Later
i am ready to support this project. let us crowd fund it, this is how we can make a difference
I can’t rap my brain around this interview , it’s too too too rich in culture and tradition , can Agbaletu aid Baba in writing a book on this history , culture and tradition of Yoruba , we would be glad to support the sponsorship .
Please it will be a beneficial opportunity if this interview and information could be considered for a record purposes and future history for upcoming children, even as I am almost 60years most of what I'm hearing now I didn't hear it before from any sources.
Daddy otoo leso. I am from Ode Ekiti. Their old people stopped over at Ode, but we're given land, farmland, which is called Agbado. But their young men went to Ado Ekiti. I am from Eregunrun in Ode Ekiti.
You are very correct. Agbado had older men and Ado had younger men. There is also Ereguru in Ado Ekiti. I'm from Ado Ekiti.
Nice one sir ma good to confirm this lovely
Please let be careful about the story line that is linking Dada Ajaka Oko the elder brother of Tela Oko Sango Olukoso with Ibadan establishment it's an in accurate submission
Sincerely, t really appreciate the intellectual knowledge of this Baba Ademola Adelabu, may Almighty God continue to bless you more sir. But, point of correction sir, music of the late Alhaji Dr. Sikiru Ayinde barrister (MFR) the most talented musician of our generation that you made reference to. It's not like you said it. B'cos the music you made reference is title "MATURITY " second side of the music for the tribute of the late sage Chief Obafemi Awolowo . We heard that the music was sang due to the rumors that one of Alhaji Agba was dated another man and having extra marital affairs. The music wasn't against Alhaji Agba sister at all sir. Almighty Allah answered Alhaji Agba prayers b'cos he survived her mother. May their souls continue to rest in janatu firdaous. Ina lilahi waina ilehin rajihuna. More power to your elbow Agbaletu. You're great 👍
Adedera was an enigma. He was my dad's friend but Pa Joe always respected him. I remember him visiting our place at Omofe a couple of times. Despite their friendship, he displayed his diabolical prowess to show my dad that igi imu jina sori at a function where both of them were invited as musicians. Who are you to confront Adedara...wa je iyan e n'isu.
I can still vividly recollect one of his visits to our house where my dad was pleading with him to bury the hatchet and stop fighting Ige Adubi. Being a musician in those days wasn't a child's play.
This is awesome. The power of words has always been supreme and Jesus is the word. JESUS IS Lord, Hallelujah
This story is not clear this baba need something from the government
I personally don't believe that my Own ancestors came from mecca. DNA has revealed that we don't have Arab DNA at all and in fact, it's other races that has African DNA. Also, the fact that we have some Arabic words in Yoruba language is not because we are from there, it's because Islam is the oldest foreign religion that came to Yoruba land so it's normal for words to intermingle same way we have English words in Yoruba of today like CUP (ife), window (ferese) etc. Nobody uses these Yoruba words anymore and in fact younger generations do not even know the Yoruba words for cup and window. So we should be proud of our own instead of forcibly trying to force ourselves to be related to other people like the Arabs. All the Arabic words we use do have Yoruba words too.
This interview is worth more than $100 per view, and you gave us entirely free. It is more entertaining, more enjoyable than any Nollywood movie. Thanks Dele
With all this spiritual knowledge, he should have honoured the invitation by Baba Olanrewaju to join the esoteric association. Ki lo tun ku😅😅😅❤❤❤❤
I have been looking for him for the past 20 years!!! Please, I will like to let us all work towards a full production!!! Adeleke LALA from UK
This baba is fully loaded. I mean loaded to the brim. Please let us make something out of him now before it is too late for us. He is an encyclopedia of........ Let's see him as a project. He is just too much. A word is enough for the wise.
0:01 This man is a Yoruba treasure. Please we need to keep stories like this in an archive.
To the presenter, This might be one of your best interviews for a long time, and we need a follow up. I understand that some of his revelations could sound scary. but they are a mystery to those without the 6th sense. Fear not.
Too much knowledge of deep things may end up being perceived mental health issue, as most people will not understand.
My good brother, please make sure you document all these things being said by this great yoruba man. I don't know if you can avail me his phone number.
Love this. Dele Adeyanju. Agbaletu...well done. I allign with some deep mysteries revealed by this man. However, to the mundanes- he may be seen as heretic, but only the deep could understand what he's talking about. I come across your Agbaletu occasionally, and I must commend your skills, style of interview, efforts , goals & objectives. Try to arrange a symposium or programme that will join or link people of like minds on different areas of life . Those who want to join on music or any of your programme will do so. Like this particular programme is a mixed grill- many things therein ✍️God bless you. ❤
Baba kemi ola peoo ki olorun eledumare turbo da emi yin yinsifunwa loruko jesu oluwa
You need to do part 2 interview. Let this man focus only on spirituality and religion.
This is the richest Yoruba literature I’ve ever heard or seen. We need to get a second version that is strictly focused on spirituality. I like the Bible link, I can relate with the Bible traces very well. I also believe that there are some facts he’s very reluctant to expose. If anyone wants to hear the real facts from him, it should be without camera. I’ve googled the Ajiran town in Lagos and it’s true.
Thanks for bringing this to our notice. I like listening to elders. It’s one of my hobbies.
This baba mis the story of oduduwa, his confused because ifa has never said that oduduwa came from mecca that was the story the arab were were telling our people to confused them, the history of saudi arabia is not up to 10 thousands years and Yoruba people have been in existence for more than 500 thousands years ago and again there was no any history of oduduwa writen in mecca or saudi arabia, the people of saudi arabia didn't know nothing about oduduwa, he was never in their history, so therefore the story of oduduwa came from mecca was never a true history.
Yoruba is the Tribe of Judah!!! Originated from Judea and migrated to the current location at different times, but the mass migration took place when the Romans invaded Jerusalem in 70 A D
There are solid historical proof that Yoruba descended from the royal house of David!!! Omo (Alade, Lade, Lade as in the crown of David)
Yoruba je ede alashe, because it is Paleo Hebrew. This information is researchable, it's well hidden, the best kept secret of those who rule over the Yorubas.
In this case, the "Truth" is stranger than fiction!
Kudos to you,Agbaletu Adeyanju,
Please try an organise for more interactive and educational activities with this our Baba.
Secondly,i will like him to write volumes of books for Yoruba history .
Hmm, this is awesome, mystery and commendable indeed. Prince Ademola Adelabu is a blessing to the Yoruba race . He has deeper knowledge of Yoruba history and very straightforward human being. One could see that he confirmed the spiritual power of Baba Adedara Lojaoba and which had been substantiated by Baba himself through the interview held with Baba by Agbaletu.
My sincere appreciation goes to Dele Adeyanju and his crews.
I will rate this interview as one the best for 2024 .
God bless you Dele .
Nibi ti Baba you ti soro Maiduguri pelu ori Yooba ni mo ti gbaagbo pe Baba yii mo itan. Baba Fulani omo Adamawa Kan ti so itan yii fun mi gele bi Baba yi se so. Yooba ni opolopoo awon Kanuri. Ibe ni Oodua Koko de si . O si ba awon enia nibe
Lakin Ladebo worked with the admin department of general hospital in ilé ife, .... same time he was an Ewi exponent. He was a very talented man.,
Agbaletu, please bring Aare Laji Abass, Aare Opintan ile ibadan, for a balanced proven history of the Yoruba.
I concur
I agree too. But, you need to understand that even Laji Abass cannot claim to possess the knowledge of "authentic" history. Why do you think it is even called history? Part reality, part fabrication, part assumptions etc, all determined by perspective. Events which happened today will become history tomorrow, told in different versions, determined by perspectives. My point is: nobody has 100% claim to authentic history, what did not happen in your presence, what you are told by people who were told, by people who were told, by people who were told...endlessly. One thing is certain: this Baba is loaded and awesome, give him the credit! @@benjaminowoseni1180
I love this man. I can watch this interview over and over again. May God Bless him. Thank you Olotu Dele.
Olootu! Kudos to you and your team for the wonderful work you guys are doing. Thank you! I would like you to research the truth behind certain Youruba myths like , 'Egbe', Afeeri, Ka'nako Ay'eta, and the likes to establish the authenticity of such claims and demonstrate them. Your platform can be used to reorientate our elders to be proud and open about those powers if it actually exists, and juxtapose it with the wrstern technologies of today. They should be proud of such powers if they have and can demonstrate them openly, and also know that they have an obligation to pass them to the next generation.
Stop confusing this man, please, Agbaletu 🙏 , I don't want to say that I wasted my time listening to this man.. what a comedian 👏 🙄
The return of Jesus is obvious and it is very soon. Baba is right.
Please we need more historic information on yoruba and his continents especially from this writer and researcher Prince Ademola Adelabu
Brother Demola enle ooo
Nice seeing you on Utube, your voice never fade.
We were neighbours decades back at Fakorede’s house,3 Araromi lane Oke Padre Ibadan.
Long may you live ooo

This is Dele Adeyanju at his best. I ❤ the mastery displayed by DeleAdeyanju in this interview.
I am pleased to know of you now, great great Baba. may almighty forever shower his blessing on you and your family. Please Baba write books write books Yorubas. need you to write books. Thanks
This man is so smart and vast that he is able to connect bits of stories he heard and relate it to linguistic connections and cultures of Yoruba neighbors. We don't see anymore metamorphic changes expected to continue which can be scientific evidences of these changes he has talk about.
Is it possible to organize people of like minds with our enlightened father and sage to put all this history together for an authentic and verified Yoruba history?
This man is an authority. Excellent all round. Long may he live.
God bless you sir. Am a great grand son of obalufon ogbogbodirin. I know my house. You want history come to the house you have it
It's Ekiti people that owns original Gbetugbetu and the secret.. Original Ase and the secret of it belong to the Egba's While Èpè and the secret belong to the Ijebu's.. in yoruba land.. Do you know you can be searching for gbetugbetu materials for good 5-10 years and still not complete.. very hard to get but when you have this thing there's nothing you cannot control... I repeat Nothing you cannot command.. Very tiny thing when it's done.. Just throw it in your mouth and command.. The dangerous part of it is that if you borrow someone and he use it on you he will arrest you.. Gbetugbetu, ko mo oju eniti o se..
Very educative . Can you please bring this man back
This world is a deep mystery that can never be understood
Beeni, this is a true story.
The full history should be written down please.
This Baba is so confident that he assume he knows all the four corners of the Yoruba land. You are not correct that Only these two people have "gbetu gbetu" in Yoruba land. Some part of Ondo state will render you useless and have more than your "gbetu gbetu". This is a lie. Even as of today, they will "try you".
So they have all these in ondo yet fulani is matching on their farmland and they can't do nothing.
@@davidonobun3098
You're on point!
@@davidonobun3098 If only you can understand yourself then you will know how silly you sound. The fact the fulanis kill people all over Yoruba land does not mean there are no powerful people in Yoruba land. Only fake people (pastors or traditionalist) come on the internet to boast how powerful they are. My point is clear, "not only two people mentioned by this man has gbetu gbetu in Yoruba land". If you are intelligent, you will know that some people do not react until you touch them.
That is Ijesha people for you, always confident
You just displayed your ignorance, foolishness and stupidity. You should have kept quiet.
Dean of Research and Old Skool.... Dele Agbaa man
What this Daddy is saying about LIFE is TRUE!!!!. Life is Strange, Mysterious, Precious, errand, gift. Life is a RECORD.
Please let him write a book . He is very rich in culture
Late Alafin Lamidi Adeyemi in one of his interviews also corroborated this man's story that an Alafin once ruled Ile -Ife but that King Adesoji Aderemi deliberately removed or omitted to disclose the fact when the military government requested for the documentation in the 70s or so.
Thank you Agbaletu for this interview God bless you . Agba KO ni tan lorile. E ba wa te iwe itan yi o nitori awon omo wa. Agbaletu I live in New Zealand you're right about the time.
I think the story of adebara and ayinla was where gbenga adeboye got his inspiration of Laisi Abesupinle from
Exactly what came to my mind too 😅
I swear exactly what's in mind😂
Sir please, these man should write and produce a book for the future of the yoruba race.
There is no proof in spirituality, only eyewitness account, asking for proof is casting doubts on the narrator's account which mostly upsets the narrator.
Tinubu ko le se aseyori ninu Nigeria point of corretion baba, he can only try. Baba why not you our elders support YORUBA NATION SOVEREIGNITY. KI ORILEDE YORUBA DADURO. BUT WITH NIGERIA TINUBU CAN ONLY TRY.
Nice 1, we are waiting for part 2, I love this man, sha. Epe fun wa sir
Please. Adeyanju do focumentary on Barikisu (queen of sheeba) which prince Ademola Adelabu just mention relating to oke eri ijebu, wife of king Solomon.

Please reinterview this Baba. Let him tell us of Fani kayode Snr and this current Fani kayode. Their connection with Obasanjo
This BABA knows a lot. We need Self governance to protect our Race from distortions coming from an entity called Nigeria.
This Baba should never grow old
Agba oni tan Lori Le de.
This man is The Real Yoruba Book, that must be written, before his demise.
This papa is a great man , may the Lord grant him long life. My brother this papa won you in this interview.
Agbaletu, I enjoyed every bit of the interview. The guest had a lot to share, but you seem not to be interested. Please, try to bring him back some other time and without much interruption, so that a lot of people can learn more from him. Thanks for the great work that you're doing.
This is DEEPEST interview I have seen!
I have been watching and listening to your interview program. This one is fantastic, and I pray that may God's grace and blessings continue to abide with you always
Now I see where some of Gbenga Adeboye's laisi abesupinle comes from!
I have always believed that if not because we are lazy, we need a thorough geological survey of many places in Nigeria to determine our link and connection as people.
Baba Ademola Adelabu is a Senior Brother to Egbon Adegoke Adelabu.
😂😂😂😂😂 the interviewer couldn't hide his fears towards the end of the interview so much such that I couldn't hold my laughter.
I believe 100% all he said, you must be tuned spiritually and leave sentiment to know this truth. Thank you baba!
Dele next time visit tha man with fasting
This is most informative interview I have ever listened to. Agbaletu, you are a rare breed. Is there any means of having Baba document this knowledge?
Let’s contribute money to treat this man 😂😂

Wow how good can this be we need to record all this so our children will have this history
Great! This is a pot of knowledge. He should be a lecturer at the Institute of African Studies. Dele, great one.
Mr Dele please let the old man be interviewed with proper record, am convinced that all he said are true, I haven't seen any one among our elderly that knows the Yoruba history this old man revealed.Kudos to Baba and Adeyanju
This man is DEEP.
As an Ife Born, I can relate to so many things he is saying.
This baba knows a lot,Lakin Ladebo was working at Adeoyo Hospital and attending CAC Oke offa Atipe before he passed 😊to glory.
I still remember vividly how that incredible Ewi rendered by this man that used to open transmission at BCOS serve as a big inspiration for many of us while growing up.Besides, this man is a walking encyclopedia.
'Dele, your interviews are generally interesting, educative and informative.
The one above, seems to excel 'em all.
