try disable the mobile data/wifi and open the game, you get error message like no internet or something then turn back the data/wifi on and click ok on error message if it doesn't fix it contact your ISP to assign you a new IP Address
App disable karne se app reset nah hota bro chrome Mai Jo bhi logins honge wo aapke Google account par save honge if you have a Google account logged into chome also app disable karne se wo bas band hota hai reset nahi so you can try that still I suggest you first check ki Google account se sab chrome ka data sync hai uske baad he krna
Ask your internet provider to update your IP Address thats how my friend fixed it Although he plays on wifi, if you play on mobile data then Ig you should your sim provider why it's happening ig :\

Currently there's only pie64 but even that gets you ban as bgmi Devs completely nuked emulators it's best to play the game on phone or just play PUBG PC

I don't know I don't have Chromebook and doubts it's gonna work on Chromebook unless you find a way to run windows virtual machine on it but even then I'm not completely sure if it works
Unfortunately Krafton banned literally any sort of emulation device so i doubt it's gonna run on windows Android subsystem, meanwhile you can try installing taptap and with it try installing BGMI, honestly i have no idea cuz I never used WSA
Then 8GB ram & 4 core CPU do also make sure to disable Full screen optimization in compatibility tab (right click > properties> compatibility) if nothing works get BlueStacks remastered from my discord server's BGMI Support channel

be sure to use Nougat 32 version ( link is in description ) otherwise you game will continusly crash i test on Nougat 64 bit and my game keep force closing also join my discord server as helping in comment is lil hard for me bro

Make sure you using Bluestacks N32 Version you can check that in Top left side corner of Bluestacks otherwise fix doesn't work
