Good for the kids, they may cause a bit of chaos, but that's how they are. Having the footpath clean may help them to get around and to school mote safely.
Teach them how and they may take over when you get too aged. If the older folk are embarrassed, having a working rubbish disposal system is a thing they can get going. Littering is illegal in aussie, we don't have such a problem.

Sou do Brasil e ñ compreendo essas calçadas cobertas de mato .
Aqui , temos os trabalhadores das prefeituras q fazem esse serviço constantemente e as calçadas são limpas e tb os moradores varrem suas calçadas 2 a 3 vezes por semana .
Aí as prefeituras ñ oferecem esse serviço?
