my bios says AMI theres no ez flash help

For AMI BIOS without EZ Flash:
1. Download the latest BIOS file from ASUS.
2. Create a bootable USB drive with the BIOS file.
3. Enter AMI BIOS settings (DEL, F2, or F12).
4. Navigate to "Advanced" tab.
5. Select "Update BIOS" or "Flash BIOS Update".
6. Follow on-screen instructions to update BIOS.
