I have just watched the movie and i think Annie is indeed the daughter of Jennifer and Judas. In the beginning, when Annie tells Liz about her mother's abusive treatment,Liz explains to her how a mother daughter relationship is so beautiful and loving. This then shows how Jennifer everytime helps her whenever she is attacked by Judas. Also both Annie and Nicole are nearly the same age i think.
While I was searching in some other channel explaining horror movies I didn't find them interesting because they don't explain the small links and details. You explain so good that I can visualise the whole thing in my mind. You are an Awesome story teller, so never quite!😇

The pact was made with the devil or an evil spirit by Jennifer and Anna/Nicole's mom. They wanted the devil to help them with something, but they violated the pact with the devil due to which Anna's uncle became possessed by an evil spirit and he started killing various people (including Jennifer and possibly his own sister too- that is why he is shown crying at times due to his feelings of remorse). Many horror movies have a similar theme where a pact is made with an evil spirit for some favours, but the spirit ends up possessing either the people involved in the pact, or their kin.

From the day I saw your new intro, I always thought that it reminded of something. Then, today I remembered that your new intro reminded me of a show called "Are you Afraid of the Dark?" which originally aired in US Nickelodeon around late 80s and 90s.
