The red objects are totally out of bound and the hoopes are also painted red. Their very first move was a foul and task wasn't completed in 7 mins. No, its not. U have to solve it according to DMAS rule so do division first and u get 1 (11 div 11 = 1) then add that said 1 to the other 11, u get 12.
