I think It could work but not as good as Baizhu. Yao yao off-field uptime it's short to cover Cyno's long on-field uptime. Baizhu heals the entire party with his Elemental Skill so Furina gains easy stacks from her burst, also Baizhu gives Cyno a good DMG boost with his A4 passive. While Yao Yao needs field time and burst to heal the entire party, I think P.Amber Nahida could help with Furina's stacks.
