Thank you, was having a spot of bother with a similar question, cleared up now :)
Excellent knowledge liberating over here. Really superb!!!
Work energy theorem would come handy here
well, in the case of "rolling without slipping", we can elaborate further the I = kmr^2 , right? so we got easier formula V=sqrt(2gh/(k+1))
The torque explanation was exactly what I needed
Thank you so much for this video !!
Can you explain to me why the torque here is not negative? Is it not rotating clockwise?
Much too helpful
very good video's thanks a lot
solve for t in the first equation, substitute this expression for t into the 2nd equation and keep in mind a/sqrt(a) = sqrt(a)
Is he writing all of this backwards??
The camera image is flipped using hardware or software. See this site for an idea on how it was done: lightboard.info/
Is there an faster algorithm to solve this problem
Can i study it to clear jee advanced
torque due to friction should be in - k direction?
Sir how you find axis of rotation by?
Why τ_cm=f_s⋅R and not τ_cm=m⋅a_x⋅R?
Which chp is this?...
what if the object was box would friction force cause it rotate ?
It would slide but at extreme cases it can roll (when, theta=near 90 deg,and friction =high )
it looks like he's writing backwards lol
