This song haunted me when I first heard it...it literally stopped me in my tracks. It was like Roberta Flack in "Killing Me Softly." I heard this at the worst time of my life and felt every single lyric, every string, every beat. I literally FELT it, reverberating from my heart through to my soul. This is what real house music does-it reaches into your very soul. I can't begin to tell David Harness and the immortal Jill Scott how much this song was an emotional catharsis for me. May God bless you both for touching each others souls with this, and touching us.
