I’m noticing if all options in this video don’t work (I didn’t pay for the download thing because I already know why) you likely have a wire or screw loose in the control panel thingy after a professional takes the back off they should be able to fix it
The second one works for me. The first trick is the one i usually do but now its not working anymore that is why I tried the second one. Thank you so very much..
I tried this and then it put my phone in recoverymode and ran the standart check - it will not let me proceed without paying and will not exit recovery mode.!!

it happens to me on an iphone 8 that I use sporadically. The wifi enables again once I charge full battery.
It worked for 10 minutes and then restarted by itself and now doesnt work anymore
