I have anxiety disorder ( especially a phobia of failure) and can barely sleep the night before any exam/test because I’m so stressed 😫 This is perfect, to take my mind off it a little. I know about performance anxiety too, albeit in a milder way. It's probably harder than I'm making it seem with this comment, but if you're getting fine grades there really is no reason to stress out, since it implies is that you're working hard enough to get where you want to be. I got my wisdom teeth out a week ago. All 4 of them impacted. My mouth still isn’t healed and my jaw is stuck shut. I have to go back to my dentist tomorrow for an emergency surgery and I have GAD (anxiety). I can’t stop stressing about it. Your videos are the only thing that can keep me calm and help me get to sleep peacefully even when every muscle in my jaw is killing me. Thank you Maeve❤
BEEN THERE. trust me. i understand how terrible and painful it is. you will get better eventually even if it's a longer road. be easy on yourself and let your body do the healing it knows how to do. ~also if i can give any unsolicited advice from one messed up wisdom tooth situation to another, if they put u on any antibiotics u could ask ur doc/ dentist about taking florastor probiotic at the same time. hehe okay feel better soon sending love ur way
@@MaeveASMR Haha. Glad to help ☺ I'm doing ok. I had some medical / health things going on recently and had a couple of blood tests and an ultrasound scan. All seems well now. I just think it was psychological. I'm really going to try and look after my physical and mental health more than ever this year.
