St James Centre Sad Times

So sad to see this centre almost completely closed down. Can't even cut through it anymore. As they've closed it near John Lewis. So sad to see this, as my second job was in here and used to love popping in and looking at the different shops.
I was early for work and decided since it was relatively quiet to film on my phone, hence the crappy quality. Also, you can tell I'm a slow walker ha!

I'm really sad to see this building go. I have fond memories of visiting every Friday after school (1992-1994) with my best friend, who's now dead. We would get on the bus at 1pm without fail and arrive in the old St Andrews Bus Station before crossing the road to spend our pocket money. We'd always end up in Boots and then buy some Millies Cookies before eating them on the bench inside. I used to go in and sit and eat during my lunch break occasionally to reminisce about times gone by with my best pal. Still really miss him. Thanks very much for taking the time to film and upload. It's appreciated as I just couldn't bear to see it torn down :-(

new st james centre is due open june 2021
