Ma'am actually main regular meditate nhi karti...aaj tak sirf 15 ya 20 times he meditate kiya hain woh bhi 10-15 mins k liye... par last 5-6 times se mujhe bas purple light dikh rha aur kabhi kabhi body mein shivering hoti achanak se during meditation....iska kya matlab hain?

i used to see purple colour when i meditated second or third time and literally got goosebumps after that and that was the phase when i entered into spirituality 🙏🙏

Thanks .I have been seeing purple and violet fading in and out sometimes with a yellow outline ad yes people do want to spend time with me as they say my aura is very different they find peace being with me .someitmes i see this color even simply closing eyes while sleeping .

Nice video. I want to share my experience. I started doing meditation from 6-7 days . I saw blue colour in round shape inside black colour than moving downwards. Now that blue colour is converting into purple when I’m concentrating there they move downward in a circle but sometimes I see purple and blue colour like full and now I seen different colours such as red yellow white and some signs I try to concentrate on that hut but while focusing I’m opening my isses because it moves downwards

Since many months i am seeing purple colour upon closing my eyes during my 3 to 5 minutes of chanting " om namah shivay" sitting in front of my indoor temple . I dont meditate at all, i just close my eyes and be there in that time.
More over, this phenomena happens even when i close my eyes for few seconds and i see lots of purple light just like the northern light.
Up on which, i thought of looking an answer on youtube if there are people out there who experienced the same thing and is there any reason i see this coloured lights, which got me to your video. Thanks

I simply sit half straight back with pillows on my bed & close my eyes. Soon within a minute colours purple in center, then blue, followed by green in circuler form Or in rotating swirls are seen.

You can focus any objects like Flower, candle, dot, image etc for higher power

Hi Ma'am , I just came across your video and and have recently started meditation. I will be grateful if you could please help me with my doubts. Firstly, the starting few days I was seeing multiple types of eyes like human eye, a snakes eye, a lion's eye and so on. Then it all changed to one human eye looking at me from the darkness. What does this mean? Next, I sometimes see a vision of my sight traveling through a tunnel which is dark and has some glittering dots of light and then I get flashes of that eye looking at me. Also I get flashes of a very bright ball shaped white light. But this lasts only 2 to 3 seconds. However this happens multiple times in the 20 minutes that I meditate. Can you please tell if I am doing right.i will be grateful to you for this.

@@ShantiCounseling surprisingly I saw an image of a Goddess on the very first day, standing on a lotus. However as I am not a hindu, I could not interpret its meaning. But it was like a total darkness and in the background there was a little light. The image came in front that brightness. But was like a shadown image. Not like a direct picture or face of goddess. I don't know what to understand of it. Since that day I have been anxious to understand it.

Mai jab bhi meditation karti hu kuch fog type ati jati rehti h or kali kali aakriti bn jati h jse rishi ke sir k upr ka juda ho or pahad vgrh. Kbi violet kbi dark blue kbi grey color dikhta h

mein 1.5 years se meditation kar rahi hu. mein 30 min meditation karti hu. mujhe bhi dhyan me dark purple colour dikhai deta hai. mujhe ye janana hai ke kya meditation me sirf purple color dikhta hai ya phir or koi light ke sath dikhta hai? or negativity puri tarah se gayi nahi hai?

Maine first day se hi green purple colour dekhna start kar Diya tha within 20 minutes dikhaai Dene lagta h.Maine jab pehli baar ek blue light jaisa dekha mujhe mere papa ki image aayi when he was in his death bed aur main kuch nei kar saki main foot foot k roi uske baad mujhe ek heaven jaisa dikhaai diya jaise serials me indralok dikhate h dhua dhua jaise Maine meaning nikaal liya ki wo shayad heaven hi tha iska matlab ye h ki my dad is an angel and he is guiding me.

Hume guidance milti hai but direction ko koi samajh Nahi pata.. Aap focus kijiye aur aagey badiye dhyan mein.
