SUGGESTION: Turn down the brightness all the way down (maybe on your monitor if it doesn't look good on video, but preferably in game) and do a night time patrol.
Idk if there is mods like this, but you should do a LSPDFR patrol where the city is in kind alike a flood, or kinda destroyed from a bad storm or earth quake. And you are National Guard or something. Just a recommendation.
hey FirstThirtyMinutes I have a idea that can make your patrols a bit more realistic in real life if a person is to injured they would call life line or in this case air ambulance doing that would make you seem more legit on rescues and possible save more lives
