I love dark rides - Little Mermaid is still one of my favorites. But I also love the thrill rides. And at Magic Kingdom, Disney Princesses will have both a log flume ride and a (family) roller coaster (Seven Dwarfs Mine Train). As a big DP fan, I LOVE that. SDMT routinely has the longest lines in the park and I think Tianas will be up there too. I’m all for more Princess rides whichever they may be. 😊
Then go to fantasyland. We go for the Big Splash and we don't care what time of year it is.
We are from Seattle and 60° is a nice day
I love Tiana, but it still breaks my heart they took out splash. I wish she got her own dark ride and we didn't have to sacrifice one ride for another 😢
If splash mountain wasn't based off such a problematic movie then I think they would've kept it. Splash mountain still exists in Tokyo if you want to ride it that bad 😂

I think we will get more dark rides with disneyland forward. Perhaps some copycats of the ones in tokyo. I know it will be a long while though.

I think it was just a rushed thought….to re-theme splash… so brainstorming creating a smaller or multiple rides out of it or why would you put a princess theme for a thrill ride…. Just my opinion. No lumpia at Tropical hideaway anymore..did you notice. Bummer. I was surprised two weeks ago. The Pixar whip looks awesome and cute new shirts:). Thanks!
