I was sexually assaulted as a child and the whole experience changed my entire experience with men. I couldn't and still can't be near them if they're not familiar to me. I have a hard bonding with a guy as a friend have been unable to get into any romantic relationship.
Thus, since I have such a hard time I always thought rape victims are much much braver and stronger than anyone else. What happened to me is nothing compared to you and I deeply respect you for being brave to face what happened and realize that NONE of this was your fault.
