- Takeuchi booth at Conexpo 2023. A walk around of the machines and the upcoming products that Takeuchi is rolling out. They are starting to assemble the loaders in South Carolina at their new facility and bring our their series 3 machines. They also had a 2150R at the show and are starting to sell them in North America. This was all I filmed at the show you can tell by the slideshow we spent a bunch of time just hanging out and meeting people. It was a blast! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #ConExpo2023

My dealer in Fredericksburg VA. Has a TB2150R on their lot. And thanks for the heads up about updated skid steers next year.

Nice

Like that TB2150R. Thats a nice looking machine. Glad Takeuchi is getting into a bigger size market.
It’s a very nice machine. They’ve made that size for at least 20 years but they are finally making their way here
That little 210R is more my speed 😃
It’s a handy little excavator
Your a better salesman then a operator lol
🤣🤣 thanks!
Good info on the line up. The 2150r there was one of the best looking machines I checked out at the expo
Thank you! I agree it’s a great looking machine.
I had so much FUN at the show! Maybe too much fun… 😂
🤣🤣 I believe you did
@@eliteearthworksllc Hmmmmmmmmm.........
Hi miss elite. Hope all is well miss you all. My ignorance. Love you guys
Love the brand, and yet have never owned one. Just can’t get past the thumb control being on the left joystick. Just doesn’t make sense. Most people are right handed and most other equipment puts that control in the right hand, and a hydraulic thumb is probably the most common attachment on a mini excavator. Oh, had to come back and edit, to say thanks for the videos!
I didn’t know the thumb controls were on the left? My 260 and 2150 they are on the right stick. Maybe it’s on the smaller machines. Appreciate you watching
@@eliteearthworksllc my tb235 has it on the left but it's a 2012 machine
That looks like that was a pretty interesting show.
It was a blast!
Seven pairs of shoes! How many bags did she pack???
Brandon, I liked that Red-White&Blue wrap on the TL12! They ever offer that as a retrofit option… you have to get one!
Did you get to see Dirt Boss, Larry and Brad? They were there too.
Glad you showed what Tac brought… the other videos that I saw didn’t show them. Pairing up for the rotators, buckets and mulchers is gonna give them a lot of competitive advantages.
Thanks for the look/see!
She had several bags 🤣🤣 yes we saw dirtboss and Larry and Brad. Had dinner with them a time or two. It was a blast! The week went by fast too. Appreciate you watching
I sneak some of my shoes into his suitcase too 😉😂
@@mrs.eliteearthworks that is sneaky… but far from surprising! 🤓
I wonder when tl8v2 will come to market. Great video as always
I don’t think they plan on making a vertical lift 8. Thank you!
Good morning there Brandon
Morning!
You did an excellent job. A lot better than most salesman. Lol
Thank you! 😁
TB210 are really useful in the UK as everything is a lot smaller in comparison to US ahaha our gardens are hard to access and these machine are the only things that can get in there
That’s what I’ve heard and from pictures it does seem like you guys have smaller areas
Damm i would have went
You should have 😁
I have loved my TL8 so much, when I decide to upgrade my excavator, I want to give Tak a serious look. Maybe around a 10k lb machine.
They make a great machine! You would love that TB240 then.
TB257FR is the best most versatile machine on the market
@blondeguy08 I agree they didn’t have that one available when I got my 260 in 2019. The 257fr came out mid 2020 I would love to have one
Looks like you got early morning access to the hall, 👍
We stayed after the showed closed 😁
Hi Jeff!
@@mrs.eliteearthworks Who dis?

For sure 😁

WOW! Very well done! Were you hired to do that great PROMO of the TAKEUCI line? Just this week I commented to other channels to watch yours on the TAKEUCI line you have and keep increasing plus your dad! YOU have been quite busy (as always) and yes, I see all your videos but comment lots less! God bless you & the family!!!
No they didn’t hire me but they definitely enjoyed the video. Thank you I appreciate that! It’s good to hear from you!
Thanks for the tour sir, they seem to a leaning towards innovation with their machines, nice looking equipment to boot. Hope you enjoyed the expo young man.
I agree they do seem to be doing that. Thank you! It was a great week!
If I remember right the facility they bought in SC was the old Kobelco plant that had to shut down due to the engine re-power they went through. How are the new Tak skids doing on the emission front? They were some of the best machines on the market until they had the flood of emissions issues and I haven't really paid them much attention since. Good seeing you at the show brother!
That is correct. They are doing a lot better now with their emission issues on the newer machines. It was great seeing you man
I recently bought a thumb for my 290 and instead of it being a TAG as I had expected, it was a Strickland. I had specifically requested four tines, and this may have been the reason it came as a Strickland. Furthernore, when speaking to TAG afterwards about buckets, the salesman remaked that they were losing some of their Takeuchi business. I guess the switch to pinned buckets from the Wain Roy style started the trend towards manual and hydraulic couplers - a much better idea.
Yeah the tag stuff wasn’t holding up as well so they are working with werk brau and Strickland now. Much nicer products
I was kinda hoping the FR would be updated to series 3 this year.
It will later this year
Yea they took over the former KOBELCO plant in SC. That is what our KOBELCO sales guy told us last year.
Yes that is correct
You are a Class Act, Brandon. Why? Because you brought the one and only Mrs. E out with you. I didn’t see any other videos where the guys brought their wives, so massive kudos from me. It also tells me how much you value your wife to take her along. Good job, my friend, and again, a big tip of the hat.
Thank you! I don’t want to go anywhere without her. We have a blast together and she’s a big part of the company and very supportive in all my crazy ideas 😁
@@eliteearthworksllc After seeing videos with Mrs. E in them, I can only say is that she is every bit as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. You two make such a great couple and I believe she is a large part of your success. You hit the jackpot when you found her - and vice versa. May God continue to bless you both.
Did they thank you for helping them afford to go with the bigger booth? HAHHAHA
They did 🤣🤣
Nice review. Wish the had a dealer in western Wisconsin. There are a bunch of us that would be very interested, but no dealer network at all here. Corporate won't even respond to inquiries about potential future dealers.
Thanks! That’s interesting they didn’t seem to care hopefully that will change and they can expand on dealers
I see you brought the CEO with so you could show her your next excavator. How’d that work for you? 😆
🤣 pretty good I guess. She had a lot of fun
I did have a lot of fun! And he has to pay off something he already owns before he gets to buy something new 😂
The main problem I have with Takeuchi is they control where you buy a machine from. Year before last I was in the market for a TL12 and the dealer in my area didn't have any, and didn't know when they would be getting delivery of any new ones at that time. I found one in the state next to me approximately 200 miles away. I called them and the dealer in that state told me he couldn't sell it to me that I had to deal with the dealer closet to me. Personally I don't do business with people that tell me where I have to spend my money at. and yes Takeuchi lost a sell .
Yeah all equipment dealers are that way no matter the brand. They all have a terrority they can sell out of. It’s definitely annoying because car dealers don’t have that problems
I agree. I bought a TL6R cab a few months ago. I didn’t have any problems cus that is what I wanted and it was an hour drive away. But I saw how if they didn’t have what I wanted, it’d be frustrating. I called around a few dealers where id be willing to drive in one days time and not require a hotel. And they all asked where I lived and I was like why the F does that matter, none of your business. It took 3 calls before a dealer explained to me why dealers are asking me. Like WTF!….anyways. I love my TL6R. Tired of renting 3000+ hour bobcats from sunbelt.
@@Boogle912 I'm glad you were able to get what you were in the market for and I was hoping I was not the only one that felt the same way you did. Non of your business where I live. Do you want to sell a machine. That's amazing when hard cold cash don't spend anymore.
I Watch D.P And C@C Equipment !! Diesel Creek ! Show me Something !!!!!!!!
🤣 I’m sure those guys showed the rest of the show
Where’s DC?
Late again sir…story of my life 😂😂😂
Running behind 🤣
Kobelco has a mini smaller than the mini from Takeuchi. But I have not seen new mini mini from Kobelco.
That’s cool!
Why is there no specified cost for each equipment?
There is they just don’t display it at this show. This show is for showing the latest greatest equipment that’s coming out.
Waiting for 1 yr on my TL8R2. Still no delivery date.
Wow that’s aggravating. Where is your dealer at?
@@eliteearthworksllc Westminister, SC. Getting my TB240 next week however but it was just ordered 3 months ago.
I like their machines , but my dealer told me he had two comming in december but they were sold but i could look at one, so if it's that hard to get to see one I can only wonder how hard it would be to get parts, I hope they fix there supply issues I think they are good machines;;;;;
With them adding the South Carolina facility it will really help. I guess it depends on the dealer. Mine probably has 25 machines on the lot now and if I ever need any parts I can usually get them next day from Georgia if my dealer doesn’t have them
@@eliteearthworksllc that's a good thing my dealer has two excavators and no skid steers at all any size, so a good dealer is a must for sure;;;;
@dustinpitts2741 where are you located at?
@@eliteearthworksllc I am located about 30 mins south of B'ham Al Cowin Equipment in B'ham is my dealer and I really think they don't care if they sale any or not, so I have CAT DEERE and Kubota machines now but I have rented some of those and liked them;;;;

They’re ok but I like the Takeuchi stuff much better. They have smoother controls and bigger cabs
@@eliteearthworksllc
Oh I see. I never tried a takeuchi
Great video
@@kubota33 a lot of features on the Kubotas came from Takeuchi. Tak uses Kubota engines in their loaders but they use a different pump than Kubota puts in their machines so they are a bit more responsive and smoother
@@eliteearthworksllc
Ok hopefully I didn't offend you. Lol
I never tried a takeuchi. So I must be a master if my 3 machines are unresponsive. Its probably just like a ford a dodge and GM products.
They all are fine brand new. And have there own issues with time.
@@kubota33 lol you didn’t bother me I was just explaining why I prefer tak over the others one. Kubota are responsive but tak is just a little more. I’ve ran them all and I always come back to tak
I wonder why Takeuchi isnt branding their wheel loaders here in europe, everybody uses wheel loaders instead of skidsteers in europe
I’m not sure either. They aren’t really popular here but I know they are in Europe so it’s kind of weird
@@eliteearthworksllc I've seen a few in the used market but never in person and also they dont even show them on their EU website, weird but lets see what the future brings
