does anyone else have a hard time making this in to a ball - it just turns in to a paste for me and spreads around, will not clump together. i have 100% clove oil and zinc oxide powder, what am i doing wrong???

Hey, I got to wondering about something. Is this stuff strong enough to glue someone's teeth together? Like gluing their upper teeth to there bottom teeth, so that they couldn't talk? And could this be done at night while the person is sleeping? My wife just *won't* shut up, and this stuff seems like it could be the miracle I've been praying for. Your thoughts?
