If you've been following Proximity for any amount of time you could see that I am a huge fan of Porter. Virtual Self definitely falls in to that category - and this edit is so impressive in every way, from the unique cuts to even the manipulating the voice to say Shadient. Hope you all enjoy! :)
blkhwk303 imo I would have enjoyed Technics version more back in 2009 back when that style was more relevant. This version much more reflects a more refined present era. Just my opinion though.
Technic Angel's remix isn't my favorite (unless you're talking about Angel Voices, which is much better). Hex Cougar's flip was good. Shadient's mix is the best, hands down.

This edit fits the title WAY MORE than the original which is cool too, but on the drop, it (the original) has a "darker" tone, which misfits the title ( "evil voices" would fit better). This one though, has the drop edited so well that it gives "ghostly" vibes ( it feels as if some ghosts were singing - [ 1:045-1:05 ] )
