Yep, a crusty baguette is the only way to go. Others do like to eat it with pho noodles, which I side-eye them for since I've always eaten mine with a baguette...just like the Vietnamese chicken curry. Dip in the broth and yummy!

Eat it with baguette that is crusty on the outside and airy on the inside (the kind used to make banh mi). Dip it in the broth and it'll be delicious. Make your broth a bit thicker than his, though.
