I've been a fan for 8 years. I stepped away for the last year and I have no idea what I'm looking at. Josh is exactly the same, Paul has been replaced by a guy who can tell me about all the local IPAs, and Nick is a skinny rooster. Miss ya, fellas!
Me and my homie would smoke and take turns playing the sewer jetpack level trying to get the best rag doll nut shots and yell out 'nuts!' everytime we made a perfect ball shot. Twenty years ago lol
Just caught up to the new episodes of Continue? After 10 years of watching, man I'm so happy to see you guys keep going. Nick Murphy I'm so happy for your weightloss, you look fantastic man! Josh looking buffer and still rocking the snapbacks Now Paul looking drastically different but I love it! I'm so happy to catch up to Continue? Now and see you guys still got that humor 200% Dalton Brady style. Keep it up fellas!
Something I've never understood about Minority Report is this: If someone fantasizes about killing a cheating spouse or a boss at work or something like that, even if they would never actually act on it, does that also count as being guilty of premeditated murder in the eyes of the Pre-Crime Police unit? I have absolutely no idea how that would work.
A minority report is what happens when one of the three precogs sees a different future than the other two. And that is the sum total of what I remember about the plot of the movie.
I used to play this game, maybe once a year, just to play the jetpack training final room and knock the respawning guys off of the towers to listen to the hilarious screams.
This is probably my favourite Spielberg movie. I'd possibly put it in my top 10 movie list. It's too bad the game bears almost no resemblance to the film whatsoever. Though, in fairness, the movie bears very little resemblance to the short story. But yes, in this game, you're supposed to be playing as Tom Cruise's character. Aside from eventually going on the run, having to find the woman who originally invented pre-crime to explain how the Minority Report works, visiting the guy who runs those futuristic VR simulations, and having to visit a weird scientist to have your eyes switched out on the black market, they changed essentially every other detail possible. It's not a great game, but I still loved playing it on GameCube a lot, mostly because throwing people through plate glass and out windows is super addictive. You didn't experience it in this run, but in some parts you can throw people off really high buildings, and sometimes you'll hear them scream, _"OH NO I'M FALLING!!"_ It's too much fun. The rag-doll physics were definitely the best part of the whole game. That, and later on when you get to the jet-pack levels, but there's only I think 3 out of a total 40 levels where you get to actually use it. Oh, and I actually bought that Apex Theory record just because of this game, and I really loved it. I still listen to it on occasion.
I mostly remember Noah Antwiler's review of this game. I haven't seen the movie nor read the story this movie is supposedly based on. While this game may not look like anything special, the game does look to have a "so bad its good" value. I think a more appropriate title for this game would be "Minority Report: Everybody Flies", since you'll probably spend a majority of this game throwing thugs through shit. :D
Was pretty cool to see the actress who played Agatha on The Walking Dead as Alpha. Her "RUN!" scream is still one of the most eerily delivered lines in all of cinema.
Like Nick, I also used to like inverted controls, but now don't. I believe it's because when I was growing up, pretty much all the games I played that even used the Y axis in an applicable manner were flying games that either inverted them automatically, or just felt more natural with up/down inverted. As the kinds of games that I was exposed to changed throughout the years though, utilization of Y axis controls became less and less associated exclusively with flying games, and therefore that preference also shifted. Especially following the Wii and Wii U's motion controls making inversion much less practical.
27:20 At first I misheard this as "CVS show" and thought you meant like those shitty $1 Hallmark movie DVDs they have in a clearance bin at the front which is honestly still applicable
Woooow, Apex Theory. I actually listened to that album a few weeks ago because back in the day I convinced myself that "Hope Diggy" was a good song, and I wanted to see if it "held up", even though it never did to begin with.
I always assumed you played in this as the other main cop in the film, played by workhorse Neal McDonough. He even has that same haircut. Seems like an obvious choice.
Thanks for this fun video! We have a small speedrunning community for this game, come check us out on speedrun.com/mrer we're on Twitch and Discord! A lot of opportunities to set records!
The Scott Milk pre-crime joke is quite possibly one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time. Dying laughing right now. You guys are awesome!
THANK U 4 STILL BEING HERE FOR US..BEEN A FAN SINCE ADULT CHOCOLATE MILK
This is just random bump post because more people need to be aware of this show

the "Nick beating up a room" scene was my favorite one from Gummo

I have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard over the Scott Milk gag.
Toying around with the ragdoll cheats was timeless.
I was just about say that

Josh being all Dad yoked, stay the hell away from my mom dude

I remember when Spoony played this.
Damn, I totally forgot about that until now! 😆
Great editing on this one Josh
I'm back again, love this episode Wonder what Phillip K Dick would think of this game, also them breakable physics were pretty schweet for ps2
Loved when I rented this game back when it came out and enjoyed the throwing mechanics just having fun tossing goons around like ragdolls
Thank you for the video~ ^^ the editing was very funny ^^

But then wouldn't they need to change the game's name to "Majority Report"?
"I invert my Y-axis. Whatcha gonna do about it?" Michael Rappaport, probably. Also me.
Was pretty cool to see the actress who played Agatha on The Walking Dead as Alpha.
Her "RUN!" scream is still one of the most eerily delivered lines in all of cinema.
Still getting used to hippy Paul. Did they legalize in PA?
I would put in the ragdoll cheat to this game and just fling Not Tom Cruise into everything, this game was so rad.
I'm just gonna say it, Barry isn't milk material.
22:48 Nothin silly about a ROBOT! What happened to CLOWNS??
Minority Report: Fighting pre-crime in a future time.
It's pre-crime fighting time.
This Not-Cruise Pre-Cop can do a Power Dunk holy shit

The new Continue/Daft Punk single was lit.
5:09 hell yeah Josh lmaooo

You know, the guy that says 'Everybody runs.'?
14:45 this guy moonlighting as a background dancer?
Ah yes Minority Report...great movie and surprisingly good game
Damn I definitely googled Scott Milk before I got the joke
Still a better game from a Spielberg movie than E.T., but not nearly as good as the WEST SIDE STORY first person shooter.
Sci-fi month!!!!!!!
fps snobbery...I was born on choppy frame rates. I'm good with 30 and can deal with 20 if a boss is entering the screen lol.
If I order some computer part(s) could you guys assemble it for me?
If you think it's crazy Treyarch made this, think about how DICE made a Shrek game the year before lol
i thought Michael Rappaport was in Boston Public
My favorite episode of Conti
Man, I love this channel!!!!!!😂🤣👍🙌😅😄😍🥰🤟🤩😆😁😃🤙😘🤪😀
C O N T I
