However, both are awesome! They're all girl power and role models for women all over the world. Badass chicks.

Her voice is also much better than you're giving her credit for, in fact, it's unique, which is what elevates her above most singers. Pink's voice, while much stronger and probably more pitch perfect, is a more common sounding voice. I often confuse Pink with other singers because she's not that different from some of her peers. There's no mistaking Gwen. Many of the greats have unique voices, Nat King Cole, Freddie Mercury, k.d. lang, Cher, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Rod Stewart, etc. You know their voices when you hear them, instantly, and Gwen's voice is no exception in that regard. I'm not dissing Pink, she has one of the most powerful voices in the world and she puts on a hell of a show, but I love me some Gwen.

It takes a real bad ass women to to honor someone else in their space and not pulling out all your vocal tricks. She let Gwen shine in her own performance and that was amazing.

GS is doing The Voice.... she is awesome but isn't nearly as relevant as the other judges in 2014. P!nk rules.
