But we can't dwell on the what ifs, you can only live through the consequences of your choices.
I decided to help Lilly. As much as I hated Larry, I always tried to be nice to him. Besides, I was hoping Clem wouldn't see Larry die. It's unfortunate that Kenny hated me from then on because of this decision, but we eventually became friends again.

I would've saved Larry for Lily but I didn't because of Lily's actions in the final season, Larry being a huge bitch and because he tried to kill Lee and Duck.

If reanimation succeeds, there's no problem, they have a strong ally, and Lilly doesn't suffer the trauma. If reanimation fails, at least Lilly can cope with the fact that Larry wasn't going to be ok, and she should have less trouble with the trauma (I'd hope) Everything could have been much better if they talked this through for just a brief second!

If you side with Lily, Kenny eventually doesn’t look up to you or trust you to ever have his back, and will not help you with any further in game decisions to save you, but lily ditches anyways, but clem sees you as a better person and most likely doesn’t tell the hotel man much of that meat locker situation. If you do nothing you’re mostly in the middle but Kenny still doesn’t look to you much on the future cuz you didn’t have his back, and clem doesn’t tell the man what you did wrong. It really does make an effect on your outcome and friendships but remember Kenny is with you no matter what and still knows you’re his pal, but the trust and friendship does get effected by what you chose. Lily eventually leaves which sometimes comes down to being pointless to help her out, but Clem will get effected by whatever you chose and it’ll be negative or positive outcome with that ending dude. Same thing with Carley or Doug, she tells the man you didn’t help Doug and you helped Carley instead hinting that was a pathetic choice, but if you helped Carley she gets you to tell your secret to others and they gain your trust later when Lily tells the group of the thing you did.

I have to say that, out of all the choices they proposed, this one is still the hardest by far, because both points are right: On the one hand, Kenny is absolutely right that if he's dead, they are risking themselves if he turns, since Larry was incredibly strong, and new turned walkers are far more dangerous and stronger than any other regular ones. If that had happened, no one would have survived in that room with no weapons to defend themselves with, and Clem could have easily died. On the other hand, as much of an asshole Larry was, killing him when they don't know if he is trully dead is wrong, specially because of Lilly, his daughter being there, and committing that murder in front of Clem and traumatize her. Worst of all, we don't know if Larry was dead or not because he was moving his mouth, either waking up or turning, we will never know. It honestly hurt me when Kenny got mad at my Lee for not defending him because I usually agree and love the guy, but I just couldn't agree with him on that. I understand Kenny's reasoning but...I couldn't agree with him.
A bit late but, from a lifeguard perspective, Larry was pretty much dead. What Larry went into was a Cardiac arrest where his heart pretty much stopped pumping and thus his body began to shut down. The chance of survival literally goes down by the second without a defibrillator/professional medical assistance. CPR is a way to try and slow down his death time but it wouldnt do much. What we see with Larry's mouth moving is actually agonal breathing. Essentially a red herring, it's a reflex that makes it look like the subject is coming back to life/breathing but they aren't. Kenny definitely acted rash and, whilst he knew Larry was done for, he didnt have the full knowledge of it. But it was absolutely the right call to make
It is a real battle between brain and heart with the possibility of Larry turning and of course Clem seeing Kenny or you making sure Larry can’t come back. When she shouldn’t at such a young age. Makes me want to hug her myself when she understandably has a bit of a break down 🥺
If you think about it. If played accordingly, Clem ends up being responsible for the deaths of everyone in that room. (Except for Larry) - Clem can end up shooting Kenny and Lee - Clem can tell AJ to shoot Lilly

I have to say that, out of all the choices they proposed, this one is still the hardest by far, because both points are right:
On the one hand, Kenny is absolutely right that if he's dead, they are risking themselves if he turns, since Larry was incredibly strong, and new turned walkers are far more dangerous and stronger than any other regular ones. If that had happened, no one would have survived in that room with no weapons to defend themselves with, and Clem could have easily died.
On the other hand, as much of an asshole Larry was, killing him when they don't know if he is trully dead is wrong, specially because of Lilly, his daughter being there, and committing that murder in front of Clem and traumatize her.
Worst of all, we don't know if Larry was dead or not because he was moving his mouth, either waking up or turning, we will never know.
It honestly hurt me when Kenny got mad at my Lee for not defending him because I usually agree and love the guy, but I just couldn't agree with him on that. I understand Kenny's reasoning but...I couldn't agree with him.
Choosing to try and save Larry affects your relationship with Kenny more than saving duck honestly

A bit late but, from a lifeguard perspective, Larry was pretty much dead. What Larry went into was a Cardiac arrest where his heart pretty much stopped pumping and thus his body began to shut down. The chance of survival literally goes down by the second without a defibrillator/professional medical assistance. CPR is a way to try and slow down his death time but it wouldnt do much.
What we see with Larry's mouth moving is actually agonal breathing. Essentially a red herring, it's a reflex that makes it look like the subject is coming back to life/breathing but they aren't.
Kenny definitely acted rash and, whilst he knew Larry was done for, he didnt have the full knowledge of it. But it was absolutely the right call to make
It is a real battle between brain and heart with the possibility of Larry turning and of course Clem seeing Kenny or you making sure Larry can’t come back. When she shouldn’t at such a young age. Makes me want to hug her myself when she understandably has a bit of a break down 🥺
