Oh the interplay between them is so clever and, assuming someone else writes most of it, they've found their voices. More specifically, they really try to understand their clients, each in their own way.
For Phil's house hunters, the 2nd house was ideal for them but personally I preferred the 3rd house. It was beautifully done up with a lovely kitchen separate from the 2nd living room, and a big spacious bathroom, and the house was below budget and move-in ready. For Kirsty's house hunters, I would go with the 2nd house, it had everything and more including a garage, was significantly below budget and won't need much work.
Oooooh!! Kirstie looks fab in that RED COAT!! Wowza.
43:02 -I would wodner if the neighbour opposite would hold a grudge at losing out on the house. Keep an eye on that new car of yours!

A hour to clean up before they have a glass of wine? Do they trash it when they first get home from work?

If that first couple doesn't want to talk about schools, why do they need three bedrooms?
What is with couples’ “it feels so grown up”. ?
It’s a generational thing. Previous generations would have been embarrassed to say that.
@ No kidding! I figured it was
Because it’s the first time they’ve taken on such a huge responsibility and commitment.
Maybe it’s different because a lot of the couples aren’t married first, but rather but real estate first?
Young people don’t get married and settle down as early as they used to. Our parents’ generation married younger and bought sooner.
A car parked in your own drive is NOT a guarantee that it cannot be vandalised. Life is wasted on 'WHAT' might happen??
