It's a rather stiff rod for BFS application, but does the job. If you like it, you'll love their Voyage Stream special; more softer tip and faster action bend. Perfect for that flip cast on UL baits.
BFS have many usage as there are many different lures. So it's fine as long as the lures used fits your fishing needs. Not a trout rod here or panfish indeed... So I may try the rod stream special one day :)

thanks! glass rods are fun and likely great to fish in streams; however, I don't live close enough to spend the money for them. Perhaps if either companies wanna send me one for review... I may consider it. the price is just too high and I have a lot of my money allocated for the fall fishing!

Hi, I know it says min cast is 3g, but with the right reel, can you cast 2g?
Yeah if your reel and line would support it. It should be able to. I throw 2.6 pretty fine. So another half gram shouldn't be that bad lol
