It's definitely expanded. There were a total of 5 cabanas in 2006. We could also make our own drinks if a staff member was around.

This was soooo painful to watch. You guys should actually try to relax a little. Coco Plum is an incredible place to stay for a romantic getaway. Eating dinner outside every night was so incredible and romantic. We stayed in the Stingray cabana as well although we didn't have an issue with the AC like you did. I thought it was awesome if they were able to get it fixed that quickly. You can't even get that in the states nowadays. The food was exceptional, the snorkeling was incredible, the accommodations were excellent, and the people who work there bring it all together for an absolutely amazing experience. The way the video flows, you make it seem like a hot, dingy, so so place. This couldn't be further from the truth. If I could post pictures to show the real Coco Plum, people would be booking tomorrow.
