🙏🏼 For your FDIL. Bless her heart...I hope she feels better soon and you are all healthy and happy very soon! You bring such a wonderful and stress-free moment to my day. I really appreciate it!
Praying for a speedy recovery for your daughter in law (to be). By His hands be healed!! I truly love these walk abouts in your beautiful garden and I appreciate your honest tips and real talk when it comes to gardening. Keep them coming!❤
Oh Linda, sending you big prayers to your family. I’m so sorry to hear about your soon to be daughter in law. Your garden is healing. Thank you for always generously sharing your life and space.
Linda, I’d like to add my prayers to those who have already offered them up for your future daughter in law. I have only one child and he had the presence of mind and good fortune to marry the girl of my dreams, which is what I wish for you. I have already mentioned how much your videos mean to me. That said, I sincerely hope that such sentiments do not place undue pressure on you. An occasional day off is always in order and your faithful followers will understand as we wait for the next video. You are my gardening 😇.
Love your video’s. I’m on the process of taking a fully shaded, non level backyard and trying to turn it into a relaxing area with a low budget. It is a very frustrating time so watching your video helps with all the pots you use. Thank you
I have so enjoyed your videos. The beauty and peacefulness of your garden tours are a welcome site in the turmoil of our world today. I've learned so much from you. I've purchased three Green Mountain boxwoods that I'm going to plant in pots and make into topiaries this weekend. I look forward to seeing your daily tours. My hubby and I will be sending prayers to you and your family for your daughter-in-law. Enjoy your day!!!
I love this cottage studio shed space! So enchanting🥰 And I love climbing ivy! I live in a 1940s bungalow and have some that grows on the north side up the fireplace wall. Not sure what kind though. No berries😊
Linda, your videos are indeed a very bright spot in my day! I have been working in my gardens all day and I just sat down for an iced tea before I go clean up, and I was delighted to see you had posted this. I adore the English garden look the ivy gives the cottage! It is indeed lovely in fall! Thank you for sharing. I’m sending loving and healing prayers for your son’s fiancé! 💚🌿🌳🙏
hi Linda, In France we call that Vigne Vierge. The colors in the fall are spectacular. Also here I have seen it with little tiny grapes. The Blue Birds just love it. Nicole of Menlo Park, CA
So sorry to hear about your daughterinlaw Linda. Prayers for all your family.🙏May God see you thru this promptly. I also loved the video at the end. Omg..vine was beautiful in fall. Thank you.
My husband and I have both lost Uncles this month they were in nursing homes and family was not allowed to be with them. ... its been heartbreaking for the wives and children. Prayers for your loved one Linda ♡
Prayers for your daughter n law to be. I love the way you always tell us when something has the opportunity to be invasive and let us decide if it’s worth it to us. I love the ivy.😁🌞
just wanted to let you know you are inspiring me to try to get back to my yard. I had a stroke in Feb and can't really do much outside. i look at your videos and am so want to do what you are doing, I go out and make an effort.
Absolutely love the whole look here! I just bought boston ivy for the front of my home that looks similar to this. I also trim my shrubs in globes like you have here. I planted my Boston ivy a month ago and it’s not growing yet. Any tips?
I will be praying for your daughter in law and that this virus will cease in all countries. It makes me weary thinking about it. Your daily videos are wonderful for many reasons. But I will only share three: 1) it destress me to see the beauty of your garden and your passion/creativity is all over it. 2) It brings me back home again to Oklahoma where I am from and 3) its very inspiring!
I always look forward to your videos. I have even bought some baskets to put into my garden. Such a sweet idea, not to mention how much I love that look.
Love the look of ivy growing on brick and trees. You keep it looking well trimmed and care for. Blessings to your future daughter in law, hope she heals quickly!
I love Ivy so much. Every since I was a little girl there was a house near me that was covered in it and thats when I started to love it. I want to get some at my current place, I just dont know how to start it. Does it need full sun?
Hi Linda....I to sprayed water on my vines for white fly.....did not work....This year I used systemic tree and Shrub....no more white fly....thank you for your time on these videos...
Yes love climbing plants I have creeping fig on back patio Chicago brick area but we have to prune so does not go on wood area...beautiful as always and I will send prayers your way for your daughter in law !!🙏🙏
Prayers for your future daughter-in-law. So sorry to hear this! Thank you for another inspirational & calming video. They put me in such a zen place, I watch them several times. You should have so many more followers. I share your videos often & tell everyone I know about you. 🙏💕🦋🌺
Hi Linda. Unrelated to this video but just purchased the Brunell Pruners and they are wonderful. I was curious to know how you are sharpening them? Maybe this would make a good episode. Thanks and love watching!
Your garden is a constant source of information and inspiration! You have commented many times that you host garden tours (well, maybe not this year, but hopefully soon!). I'm wondering if your pea gravel/stepping stone pathways allow for access for disabled guests with walkers and/or wheelchairs. I would love to host a garden tour someday and want to make sure that it can be accessed by all. Thanks!
We all need to lift one another up in prayer. I have a Cousin who's daughter and granddaughter were diagnosed with the virus. The granddaughter is now negative. I just heard today that a life long friend of mine and his wife just tested positive. It's a major concern. I LOVE English gardens but I'm hesitant to use English ivy on a house. I just planted some where I have a rock garden, but still concerned with the possibility of snakes hiding in them down here in Texas; however. I killed a coral snake last year that was on my lot that my dog alerted me to. Soooo...you got me again... I thought I hated Oakland hollies. Once again I've seen them poorly kept down here. You have it beautifully potted. I can handle that.
Ahh veey Nice Linda 💟i love the english cottage look .and the ivy is ALWAYS prtty just gives a surtin something as long as it doesnt take over. The fall clip gr8. Iam sending blessing & bright light healings iam just going to call her your Daughter in law hope for a quick recovery .iam in the medical field i see alot of this but i see a good out come to theses new cases 💜
Love your videos, so inspirational? Your ivy looks beautiful but be careful it doesn’t take over and smother your trees. I know you’ll keep an eye on it 😊. I do hope your future daughter-in-law has a speedy recovery. Thx Lynda for your videos, I always enjoy them. Ros from down under 🇦🇺 💝
Linda....I have over 100 peony and the "typical" peony cages are terrible. You have inspired me to dig online for something better...hope you reproduce those cages you have and sell them...I need 100 of them asap! :) There is one domed type you have over a small round boxwood, possibly it is the "Jardin Bird Cage Support" from Gardeners Supply? How would that work for peony..probably not tall enough?
We just found out my moms cousin and his wife both have it too and they’ve already got him on a ventilator. They live in Cincinnati. Everyone please be safe out there if you’re not able to stay at home. ❤️
Well I want to make your day better. I love watching you on line. Makes my day. I must, must watch you in the morning and Laurs in Garden Answer. I go to both first time I go in line. I use both of your styles. I particularly love the Topiers. I also have an Eastern Redbud in my court yard like you do. I did not know where to plant it till I saw yours. Thank you. I also am going to be dressing my plants with pebbles since I use a lot of pots like you do. Getting older and like you I love to design and move things around. My garden will be a year old in November.
I'm looking for a how-to video. An actual how to get it started from a clipping video. You have a beautiful space but this video needs to be titled something else.
So sorry about your daughter in law. Your videos are amazing. Please keep doing these gardening videos, it means a lot ❤️

It looks beautiful. After cover with Boston ivy on the exterior wall did you notice an Increase of insects on the inside? That's my only concern.
Virginia creeper is my nemesis too!! I will never understand people who plant it intentionally..
Dear Linda, i LOVE your garden. And i bet the inside of your House is similar charming and beautiful! Chapeau...

Love from Virginia. ❤️
The last part was a fun treat!
Linda, praying for your future DIL as for all those exposed, all who are ill and families of those who have suffered and deceased.
I love the charm climbing ivy adds to a home or any structure
Linda, how long can those hollies live in a pot? Will they eventually outgrow your pots and you’ll have to plant them into the ground?

Hi I thought ivy was an invasive species of plants though?
Some are!
@@LindaVater you should have a video about invasive species of ivy
My lavender topiary looks just like yours. I can never grow the one with silvery foliage
I'm looking for a how-to video. An actual how to get it started from a clipping video. You have a beautiful space but this video needs to be titled something else.
Isn't that poison ivy?
Aw, you have a serious “She Shed” Mmmkay, I see you, Linda.
Thanks for answering my questions on this ivy I had just commented on this!♥️
