Maybe. Bur landing boost isn’t that strong on Rock B
I think wings could possibly do it too. I did a run with wings and I think it was this map and almost got fuel and I feel like I could have had a better run and could have got it.
I made it with the wings but you need to land exactly on the fuel...maybe also possible with a stop but full power flying works for sure

The event is extremely interesting, if you understand how rock bouncer works, you can easily take 8-9 points per round
I have now made 4 test attempts, and I naturally feel that the CAM either transfers the weight of the car to the drive axle, or somehow helps climb the mountain
This remains to be figured out
I have now played about 40 games, and I have completely understood the mechanics of this machine.
It seems machine stick to the surface when the assist system is activated, it was difficult for me to lift the front wheel off the ground to get boost
I was also able to highlight maps that I can play on and get 9-7 points, and which ones it’s better not to meddle with and just wait for the next one
Lol i get 9 or 10 points every round naturally

I just stayed with wheelie boost, fume boost and wings, i kept getting 8-9 points each round, two times i got 10 points. Finally got the car 🥳🥳🥳

There is a bug in the game, you have to go to the rock bouncer event, enter the event garage, exit, enter the create map section and you will have the rock bouncer at level 1 (if you have not unlocked

I had a bunch of extra gems so I just played the event til I got enough lol. It's a very good car. It is very very very bad when not upgraded though. I only managed to get to like 2800 in forest with no parts/no upgrades because it's sooooo slow. But fortunately, it is very cheap to upgrade, relative to other vehicles.

Unless a fair amount of tickets have been accumulated, acquiring the rock bouncer doesn’t seem like a realistic prospect. I probably average 12 points per run with VIP, so I need to spend what, 9 + tickets a day and I get 4 per day.

If you'd win every round you'd get 80 per day. So you'd need 10 days.
I calculated how much I would get if I got an average of 8 points and used all my extra tickets and gems:

It's a skin for Rock Bouncer. Very misleading of Fingersoft.. many people like yourself must've thought it was the vehicle without noticing that it was the grand reward, not the very first image of it that you see. 🤐
