Nice. I love the past three Ghost albums a lot. I like the earlier stuff too but Meliora was a game changer for me. This album's softer songs like Darkness at the Heart of my Love and Respite on the Spitalfields are in the top tracks list from Ghost for me. Griftwood is up there now. He Is and Bible are great ballads as well.
I feel like Opus Eponymous and Infestissumam really nailed the sludge that doom metal is rooted in, especially Sabbath's self-titled (which to this day still lives in Paranoid's shadow). But that sound is not for everyone. Heck, I love that sound, but it's not always what I'm looking for. Meliora onwards are definitely more broadly palatable.

I think the audio was recorded separately from the piano, a lot of notes are on the other side of the piano but they're only being played on the left side
