Just thought I'd chime in, to me one channel that actually helped me get to sleep is Jodi Wheatley's here on youtube, her "sleep hypnosis for lucid dreaming" videos worked lovely for me... they're a few years old by now but I think they're still good. I know that different things work for different people but if you ever feel like giving her a try I'd recommend it! Hope you feel well!

Anyone else have that problem where they fall asleep too fast and didnt get to hear/watch the rest so you try watching it again and fall asleep too early a second time? At that point I just fast forward to a point I haven't gotten to 😂

I LOVE the close-up stuff I need like a 100 more videos like this. Ive always loved macro photography and honestly just looking at things very closely. It's very satisfying for me, especially when you get those angles where it makes you feel reeeeeaaaallly small :)

I know I shouldn’t be playing around with the sound while watching this video, but if you play the metal brush parts at the start in a slower speed, either x0.75 or x0.5, it sounds like a cool robotic noise! I guess that’s another reason why this video is so good!
