- They are here!! After much anticipation these trucks have officially hit the road in SoCal. Definitely a huge switch up from all the Amreps WM has buying recently. I was fortunate enough to catch one with the legendary Oscar Ramirez behind the wheel! The ZRs are definitely a learning curve from the Amreps and drivers are slowly getting introduced and accustomed to them. Not much else to say but to enjoy the arrival of these interesting new trucks. Big thanks goes out to Oscar for making this experience so fun and awesome. Another special thanks goes to @WasteManagementOC for tipping me off about these and keeping me in the loop of things. Enjoy!

Yup! Since most drivers here have been used to the Amrep buttons they decided to stick with them since they’re set up the same way on the ZR. Hopefully more lid flips will come with time. And yeah that is a pretty funny coincidence 🤣. I knew you would love this one, thanks for the comment!

Never thought I'd see WM get the same new trucks as Republic. These especially look sharp with WM's new logos around the body. Rounded tailgate also looks nice as opposed to the flat tailgates Republic gets for their ZRs. Cool seeing the driver rev a little in the beginning lol. Awesome job with the video, hope to see more of these!
I thought it was a funny joke when I was informed these would be arriving, but here they are! They do look very nice with all the new logos and tapes. Flat tailgate is republics trademark! And hopefully these trucks will speed up over time like Republics Santa Ana trucks. Thanks for watching!
