    Sounds like something is misspelled here, @17:40 "when you do it the other way, in C-PRF" but it shows L-PRF procedure. Would someone clarify?

    Does itmean mean horizantal is better than fixed angle one,

      Correct, This favors better blood cell layer separation with higher platalet and GF concentrations.
