The video does not convey the atmosphere of the house; the bedrooms, living room, and bathroom are not shown; in general, there is no understanding or feeling of the internal space. The staircase, pink corner and shelves with vinyl records are shown several times. Previously, the video sequence immersed you in the atmosphere of the house, now it’s as if they didn’t let you in further than the hallway.
They never show an actual flow as if one was moving through the entire space. So annoying and boring. Do a one shot with a drone or a gimbal and show me movement through it all.
I've noticed that they are showing less and less of the houses they feature. Basically, the videos become an advertisement for some particular material. I'll probably unsubscribe at this point.
Some interesting choices in this one. The entry is reminiscent of 70's elementary school, with the colours, volume, , materials, and design. To each their own.
Es alegre y se parece a un colegio por los colores y las formas...para mí es excesivo a nivel de estimulo sensorial para considerarlo un buen diseño para el relax que es lo que busco en una casa, romper con el exterior no es mi idea sino darle continuidad.
2:30 I have LITERALLY been sketchy ideas similar to this but I couldn't really see it clearly in my mind. So it's pretty cool to see what you have done with your space. I liked the view as you opened the sliding door. The shelve separated the two areas just enough to make the distinction without making it feel like a closed space.

The best is the landscape, the interior is like the facilities of a primary school.

i think they do it intentionally to left something for their book and most client care abour privacy so they dont let the people know the layout.

I, too, thought of a school!
Wished we could have toured the whole house; all we saw was three rooms, on repeat.
Exactly. Looks like an infant school not a home. The furniture looked uncomfortable.
was waiting to see more of the garden or landscaping around the house...
Lovely combination of communication between the spaces with enough visual separation to feel connected but not cramped.
Finally! A week without a video from you is enough to make me anxious. Glad we got this resolved. 😅
same
Totally true 😢
😂😂😂
Hahaha
Finally a house with some colors inside other than just white, grey and black.
Lol it's a dream come true for an Architect when the builder gets involved in the creative process.
love the house, but..."small footprint"?! I must be doing it real tough
Forget the house, Stephanie is a dream 😍
I love ❤ the kitchen has a nice feel
Love the colour in the kitchen et al.

The design is so ice bc it is in line with natural principles of expansion and contraction. Cool home.
Love the laminate color. Works very well in an open plan. I can redo my kitchen now. When I get paid, of course, haha.
Love this! Great family-friendly home, with beautiful, lush surroundings outdoors.
Owner finds the colour of the leaves 'overwhelming at times' but not his terracotta kitchen 😂
Incredible in style and concept. This is top-tier. 💯💯
Everything about this screams victoria and Melbourne
An actual walk around the space would really help. Also can you actually explain Laminex?
Love the Moroccan red
waited for this
Completely lost as to what exactly was being achieved here. But, the owner loves it so happy for him and his family...
Steph is pretty.

My first thought also. Just needs some coats and bags hanging up.
Al Capone is responible for the, 'Sell By', stamp on milk.
How?
That salmon pink is grim. They really messed up here.
Interesting house, yet the video keeps repeating the same areas from the same perspectives, so we really can't get a sense of the layout of the house.
Dreamy house? Who’s dream ?
I don't get it. It certainly shows that everyone has had a go at it.... Is this what happens when an architect does interiors?
Rastafarians design.
cool
Unless otherwise there's nothing I mean nothing spectacular about the house whatsoever, unnecessary hype!I regretted watching this video,so useless
Nothing, i mean nothing spectacular about your comment whatseover. unnecessary comment! I regretted reading your comment, so useless.
Basic and boring
Sorry, but this is not up to Local Project’s normally high standards.
Sorry awful
So so…
